In the past, I haven't had many positive experiences with garages however after getting my car fixed here, I have to say their service was exceptional! Everyone was really friendly and they talked me through what repairs needed to be done whilst I was there. Keith was super helpful and rang a couple of suppliers to make sure I got the best price for the new parts. I also asked if I could pick my car up by the end of the day and although I was told that this might not be possible as I would have to wait for the parts to come in, he rang me later that day to tell me that it was all done! Fab service and I would definitely recommend!

Someone hit my car whilst parked, popped in and Keith sent through a great quote. Decided to have repair completed and rear bumper resprayed as well whilst the car was with them as the quote was so good. Work quality is excellent, paint match which is silver is great and you’d never know that it had such a large dent previously.

So impressed with the repair that was done to my van door, it looked like there was never even a dent in it. Keith and his team were lovely and fitted my straight into their diary. When the works were completed, they even dropped the van back off to my address. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and will definitely recommend! :)

As always, work done to a high standard and for an excellent price. Don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I have to. On picking up the vehicle, it was running badly and having some real issues in an area that it hadn't gone in for. Part of the mot meant AutoGlass replaced the windscreen and, unbeknownst to us all, the fitter had knocked the vacuum hose off the Maf sensor.... These guys diagnosed this for me and resolved all issues at no cost to me.... Even though it was not their fault. Will continue to take my car, van and wife's car to VBRC for many years. Thanks fellas.
