I've used Wiltshire tyres twice recently. Once when I had an oil leak, and then to have my MOT done a couple of months later. The service is outstanding, really happy to help and always see to your car quickly. Had my MOT booked in for the next day, only took a couple of hours because it needed a few things doing to it. They also don't complete things that don't need it, such as tyres, which they could easily say need changing to get a few extra quid. Really impressed and couldn't recommend them enough. The staff are also excellent, really friendly and happy to help.

The staff here are fantastic. The locking wheel nut on my car was not the correct one for the car but the staff managed to chisel the locking nut off and drill it out with no damage to my wheel or hub (and the other 3 wheels as well so I didn’t have the same problem again). They ordered 4 new nuts at cost and fitted them so my car was safe to drive away within the hour... Superb service as it would have cost minimum £300 to call out a wheel lock nut specialist...

Just dropped into the garage with no appointment and the guys were fantastic and extremely helpful. The mechanic put my Saab up on the ramp and located where a falling hose was meant to be! Honestly love this place. Sounds strange it's a bloody garage but I love the team of blokes who are always down to earth and happy to help and up for a laugh whilst your at it and they always explain really clearly what needs doing/what they have done (not that it stays for long but it matters!) So I know exactly what I'm paying out for of which they will always offer the best price or solution in line with what I can afford. Just brilliant wouldn't go anywhere else. Even thought about offering my help on a Saturday because they're always so busy but then again maybe I'm just being weird 😂. Got a problem with your car, just do yourself a favour and go here to get it sorted you won't regret it!

I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to go the extra mile to help. Took my old Lexus saloon over there for MOT on the afternoon of Friday 9 April. The car failed MOT in the first instance due to headlights not diffusing correctly to specifications set by EU (no BREXIT jokes please) It was the headlights cover which had gotten brown due to sunlight, grime and dead bugs, so the light couldn't shine properly. These guys simply told me to wait while one of them grabbed some white cleaning stuff and spent 5 minutes cleaning my lights covers! He didn't need to do it. Any other place I'd have been told to go home and get it cleaned myself and return to pay for another MOT. They didn't even hand me the cloth to clean it myself. The staff (whose name I'm embarrassed to admit I forgot to ask) brought his own liquid cleaning stuff and wipes and did it himself! And then they took my car again onto the MOT bay and it passed! Blown away! And the rest of the guys all friendly and chatty and made all customers I saw come in feel very welcome. I'll happily take my car there for every MOT and servicing henceforth. Wish I'd asked their names so I could thank each of them here. And thanks to Groupon who gave me a discounted MOT which took me to Wiltshire Tyres Wootton Bassett otherwise I'd never have discovered this place. Did I add that they take their time to explain every problem to you in detail? 5 stars well earned boys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Helpful and honest. I popped in this morning to get my battery checked as my car wouldn't start one evening (after waiting almost 2 hours for the same service at Kwikfit and walking out in disgust). I was in and out in 15 minutes and rather than trying to sell me a new battery they said mine was fine at the minute but to come back if I had any more issues with it as it is old (fact)

I turned up here having had a nail go into my tyre. I was driving a fully packed van and was a long way from home. I had no wheel nut remover as the van was new....the guys got my tyre safe to drive home and did not charge me. The weather was awful and I could easily have broken down on the m4 on my way home. If I could give 7 stars, I would! I've always been sceptical about mechanics but these guys always give me honest feedback and expert service. I have a BMW z4 coupe 2007 which is not the youngest of cars so it's very important to me to keep her in top condition - where BMW quoted me silly money for work to be done, these guys told me that half of it certainly did not need doing and the remainder was done at half the cost?! Amazing. I'd like to give special mention to Elliott and Anthony H. who have always been very helpful, polite and most importantly, truthful. Most professional guys I've met in the trade, true gents.
