P. R.My alloy wheels were starting to corrode and look very tired. Over the years I had used Chips Away and had always been 100% happy with body repairs. There are lots of alloy wheel refurbishment companies out there however, I thought after great consultation with Kirsty and her colleagues I would give Chips Away the opportunity. No surprise that the refurbishment exceeded my expectations and at a competitive price. What persuaded me was their professional and no-pressure approach and focus on customer service. I highly recommend their services.

This morning was pouring down with rain 🌧 😫 We took our car to yourselves at 07.15 with intention to catch a taxi back home (as you do). The downside was there was no taxis available. One of your employees took us home 🏡. The car was ready about 14.45 which we got a taxi to pick the car up and the workmanship was excellent. Thank you guys 😊
M. w.I booked my Mercedes C250 in for some repairs on a number of body panels (minor scuffs/scratches). The quotation was great value for money. After taking my car there, they detected a fault on the manufacturer's paint and aided me in the process of having this fixed by Mercedes. They could have quite easily done the repairs and said nothing about the fault. Good, honest people - I can't thank them enough!

D. G.Outstanding service April 2021 from Kirsty of ChipsAway Telford. Kirsty made me a detailed quotation on my 2.5 year old Vauxhall Astra Elite (Metallic Grey) which had quite a few chips, scuffs, small dents and marks. I recently got the car on a leasing deal, but was concerned on the number of chips and other marks. Kirsty was fantastic as in her inspection of my car she also highlighted where past repairs had been made on the car. She also answered all my questions amd even explained each type of problem and how ChipsAway would remedy it.
My Car leasing company were not prepared to cover any of the bodywork problems, so on this occasion I did not use ChipsAway. While I have the car, if in the future I have any new issues I will make ChipsAway Telford my first call.

c. u.Had a car done 2 years ago they did a really good job, took another 1 in a month ago half the marks had not been touched the interior doors were full of white powder dust. After complaining the car went back it was valeted and some of the remaining marks were covered job was still not as it should have been. Now paying again at another garage to have it done properly.
