Came here for a brake fluid and coolant change. There is a big reception with large comfy sofas available. The staff are friendly, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and gave me advice regarding my locking wheel nut. The price was good value too, I chose them for that but also their reviews which they obviously have earned and deserve.

I phoned Delamere Motors on the Monday as my car was rattling and needed to go into the garage and they booked me in for Wednesday. I went in and spoke about the siutation to them who were very understanding. They explained to me that I had to get the swing arms repaired and had a bulge in my tire and within two hours my car was fixed. A brilliant and honest service. I know a lot of people write "I highly recommend this place" but it's true, I really would highly reccomend Delamere Motors to anyone who lives in Telford and the surrounding areas, thank you.

I booked Delamere Motors after finding them on "bookmygarage" I checked the reviews before booking as I had never come across them before and it was my first time using "bookmygarage" The reviews are 4.7/5 and I can see why. I booked my car in for a coolant and brake fluid change and the price was really competitive. I emailed first to make sure they had a waiting area as I couldn't get a lift. They emailed back swiftly and I booked in. When I arrived I missed the sign saying reception is behind the building and ended up wandering into the actual service area, quite a common occurrence according to the mechanic (perhaps there needs to be a sign on the actual building as opposed to the fence because it's easy to miss when looking at the building) The receptionist was very friendly and there were two large leather sofas to sit on whilst waiting. The mechanic came through to inform me that my locking wheel nut key was in danger of breaking and I needed to get another, which has never been mentioned to me by the couple of other garages I've used recently. The price quoted was what I paid and the suggested waiting time was almost bang on too. All in all a thoroughly great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use this place again.

What a great team they have here at Delamere, from the friendly lady on reception who greets you when you walk in, to the owner Mark. I've been retuning here now for a few years as a colleague recommended this place to me. The most important things for me are that they are honest, genuine and actually care about you and your vehicle. They don't hard sell or pressure you into making any decision, they literally tell you the facts and let you make your own decision. What was also nice to see whilst I was waiting, the amount of people that came in and left with a smile, it was so noticeable. Great work and see you next time.

I was able to book an appointment for it the same day I called, they showed me the problem explained and told me about everything (it was a BIG PROBLEM - it wasn't safe to drive even I had no idea because I had my car check a month before in another place). Previously a positive review, however turns out they replaced three tyres and left me with the faulty tyre I requested get changed to start with! Outstanding service! Friend recommended Delamere motors to me after taking my car to 2 other garages with a leak and had no joy. I dropped my car of at Delamere around 8:30am in the morning, by 9:30am they'd called me to tell me exactly what the problem was, they ordered the replacement part there and then and fitted it the same day. I've used Delamere motors for some years for my cars M O T . I moved to Devon 5years ago. On a recent visit to see relatives the clutch went and Delamere were the first choice to do the work . Really friendly service. Got my car back on the road the same day. Although I got a few quotes they were the cheapest too. 1st class place. I would recommend to anyone. I couldn't believe they still do lots for £25 ! 8 years on from the 1st time I used them.

First time customer after being recommended by a friend and I would give 6 stars if I could. Booked my Audi A1 in due to the EML coming on over Christmas and had a call within 3 hours to say the problem had been diagnosed and fixed. No inflated quotes for unneeded parts or labour, just a genuine description of the issue and work carried out. Friendly lady on reception with great customer service and clean waiting area. Really difficult to find a garage you can trust with your car these days but i will be taking my car back to Delamere for all future maintenance and avoiding the inflated prices of the main Audi dealerships.

I popped into Delamere motors to get a price for break pad renewals, it was the first garage that I found on google as I am new to the area and not very clued up on car repairs. The receptionist was lovely. I always get worried being a female going to a garage on my own, as I always think I’ll get ripped off, but I’ve been told I had a great deal. I also had a bit of damage to my car, so opted to use these guys for bodywork repairs too. They have done an amazing job and my car looks like it’s just come out of the show room! Legitimately, these guys are the most accommodating garage/mot test centre I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Called as I desperately needed an mot on my van so I could carry on working, phoned these guys, explained my situation and they looked after me by getting my van mot'd, sorted and back on the road in under 24 hours. Never had a problem with the service here and the prices for an MOT etc are very competitive. I have heard very good things about the body repair as my work uses them to repair luton vans and tipper/dropside vans. There is a nice waiting room to wait in too unlike most garages where you have to stand about outside.

Just returned after having an M.O.T which required replacement brake pads, Mark as usual very friendly and helpful with his advice. Have used Delamere many times over the years and will return later in the year for a service a special mention needs to go out to the receptionist who is also very friendly and bought us a coffee as we only had bank cards on us, a big thank you for a great experience only suggestion would be to have the coffee machine on free vend for customers as not many people carry cash these days.

If I could give them more stars I would. I booked my car in for its MOT on 27th December. Which I was happy with, got a call today to see if I wanted it doing that afternoon! Wonderful customer service, the waiting area has magazines and free drinks for those of us that wait. Wish I'd grabbed the receptionist name as she chatted away to me and made me feel very welcome. It can be a bit daunting as a woman on her own but I felt very comfortable. The lads out the back were very helpful and knowledgeable made me laugh and didn't make me feel as if I was "another bloody woman driver" Pricewise very reasonable and if you have your blue light emergency services card you ger 10% discount. I'll be back in the new year for some bits and bobs but they certainly didn't try to over sell me anything. Truly a fab place to go. Thanks Guys keep up the amazing work

Went in for a Tyre replacement, no issues. Sat in their comfortable waiting room at the front for almost 90 minutes as I turned up 20 minutes early and sprung the request of tracking on them with no prior warning. They replaced my tyres and moved some stuff around to get my tracking done that day.
