I had an accident in my A3 where I damaged the passenger side sill on a high curb. The sill was severely bent inwards and suffered paint damage. I took the car to Doseley Motors after Audi and a friend recommended them to carry out the repair. The service I received was of the highest professionalism. They told me the work would take between a week to a week and a half to complete, they provided a free curtesy car and they completed the job within a week. The whole B section of the sill was replaced and colour matched perfectly to my car. When I went to pick the car up, I inspected the work, I was surprised that I couldn't even tell the sill had being changed, the car had also been cleaned, it looked like a new car again. Thank you Doseley for doing such a great job on my car, hopefully I won't need to use you again in the future, but if I do there will be no hesitation. I will also be recommending you to my friends.

I was really impressed with the work carried out by DM to repair a small (but annoying!) dent on the rear bumper of my car. The quality of the work done was superb and my car was ready to collect 2 days after going in. Would highly recommend and I will be sure to use DM again if I ever have to.

My car relatively new car was repaired recently by Doseley Motors Limited, following extensive hailstorm damage in France that affected many panels. It had a special paint finish. Suffice it to say that the car was returned looking as new, including the re-application of Autoglym Lifeshine treatment. I have not found a shred of evidence to show that it was ever damaged. Doseley Motors are consummate professionals and I would recommend them to anybody.

Scuff on bumper, bumper wasn't completely aligned after work but after speaking with the manager they rectified the issue free of charge and provided a courtesy car for the duration of the work. Whenever you use any service, it may not always be perfect but it's how the company deals with complaints that's important. This is when good, reliable customer service is important. Book with confidence, as if there are any issues you can approach the manager who will seek to rectify to satisfaction.

I have used Doseley Motors for a previous repair to my Audi A5 cabriolet in September 2013 when someone reversed into me in a car park and they damaged my passenger wing, bumper, headlamp, i was due to go on holiday for 25 nights and the guys at Doseley were superb, i was loaned a ford fiesta for the duration of the repairs which sat at a hotel car park in Southampton for most the time, upon my return the work on my Audi had been carried out and i was delighted, no fuss, i was kept informed by emails by Tracy as i was out of the UK. On the 11th May 2015 i caught the rear 1/4 panel on my Mercedes E class cabrio on my garage door frame, i had no hesitation is making my choice Doseley motors, the car was booked in for the repair and once again i was kept informed of every stage of the repair. I hope never to have to use them again but its good to know should i be unlucky i know where to go : ) I am quite a fussy person (on the verge of OCD) and would have no hesitation in recomending them to repair any car : ) Thanks again to Tracy and the team
