Have used this garage a number of times now for servicing and MOTs for both my BMW and my wife’s. They do a great job, great staff always very helpful, friendly and professional. Good prices, certainly cheaper than main dealer but not the cheapest. A very good middle ground alternative to main dealer servicing. I’ve given them 5 stars but they could be a little not competitive in their pricing.

I have used EAC a number of times, with no issues. I think true measure of great service is when things (as sometimes happens through no fault) don't go as well as the could. It's at times like this you get a true reflection of the organisation. When this happened with a repair on my car EAC handled it with great integrity and saw things through to a very satisfactory conclusion, even though it caused them inconvenience and cost. They did this completely at their own volition, I never had slightest doubt they'd resolve the problem. Great service.

Very professional outfit, I over the years have grown tired of large useless over charging dealers, poxy backstreet garages and after recently moving to the area needed an urgent clutch repair on my subaru. From getting a quote back very quickly and updating when questioning extra work to booking and hand over this garage is getting right. Its too early to fully comment on the work as im just back but the cost was very fair and efficient and i stalled the car on leaving (that means the cluch is better! ). Im going to take my wifes car there for a service now so will see how second visit goes, well done gals and guys

Courtesy car provided was lovely and and I didn't have a fight to get it (Nissan!), and everyone was so friendly and patient (flued up and fuzzy headed so I wasn't with it!). I initially booked my mercedes in for a service but then had a suspension problem before my service date. EAC agreed to investigate the problem. At all times i was kept up to date with progress on diagnostic tests. I agreed to replacement of faulty parts and work was carried out immediately. I was extremely happy with the attention i got. They delivered my car back home which also included a mini valet. I would definitely recommend this company.

I needed two new rear tyres for my car and EAC Telford went out of their way to find the best deals for me and even swopped my front tyres to the rear. After balancing and aligning all my wheels I can feel the difference in driving which is a great deal smoother. I have used this garage for years and I would highly recommend them. I always come to EAC for my car valets. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. And amazingly expensive!It’s a comfortable and clean waiting area. In non-Covid times You’re even get a cuppa and a snack! And the valet itself is fabulous! I would highly recommend!

First time I have used this company and they are now my number one choice of garage in future ! I had a major service, cambelt replacement and one or two other services that needed doing. Their prices are reasonable, management and staff professional and friendly, with Mark, Emma and Debbie being an asset to the business and ever so helpful to me. They are incredibly busy, so it might take a while to get through on the phone at times, but a sign of a popular garage ! Would highly recommend.

I have just used this garage for the first time after being let down by a previous garage. The service was great from entering the door to book my car in to collecting my improved car after the work was carried out. The staff are friendly and really know their jobs. Brought my car from a very bad company had lots over garages charge me over the odds, since going to eac with my issues they have gone above and beyond to correct all the issues with my car and try to get it done the best way possible for me. I have used my rac cover for most the work and every time they have done all the contacting for me. Good, honest and reliable. Having received poor service and advice from another garage I took my car to EAC for a second opinion. Within 24hours the problem was discovered, parts were ordered and the car was repaired. They went above and beyond to sort things and even cleaned my neighbours drive where the oil leaked. EAC just did the first 'Oil Change and Inspection Service' on my Audi A3. As the car is still under warranty I wanted to make sure that the service done by EAC would not compromise the warranty... I was assured that the service would be done exactly as per the Audi schedule. I found the whole experience to be superb and the people I dealt with were excellent (Andy, Debbie & Roger). As a former engineer in the automotive industry, I am very particular about the work done on my car, and I'm totally satisfied that it was done to the Audi schedule. The price for the service was significantly less than I've been quoted by Audi so I am extremely pleased with the outcome. An added bonus was that the car was collected in the morning, and returned to my home mid afternoon, having been valeted. Highly recommended... will be using them in future.

Went in for a mot but as always you get more than what you expect as they go over the car fully from top to bottom and if anything needs repair then or down the line they will advise. But if it does not effect the mot outcome it will be a advisory for later on. So I know I am in safe hands with these guys.

I had bigger brakes front and rear (R8 front and TTs rear to go on an A3) along with coilovers (to replace my seeping shocks) that I wanted fitting. I've always used another Audi specialist but I just frankly find them rude. I had a coolant issue about a month ago, I saw EAC Telford who aren't too far from me are also recommended by the AA, so I had my car took there for the repairs. Debbie was brilliant on that occasion. Sunday 26th April, I emailed EAC regarding my brakes and coilovers. Mark Kettle replied to all my questions almost instantly. The job was booked in for Tuesday 28th for me to have it back that evening but I decided to drop my car off Monday 27th incase they wanted to start it earlier, that evening my car was finished, all done. The technician has set it to a good ride height sets the vehicle off really nice now, so please thank him for doing a great job! Happy to bring my business to EAC Telford after the service I've received on both occasions. Clearly the team on the front desk and technicians working on my car are passionate and confident in what they do. Recommend anyone who loves there cars or is after a solid service to use these guys

Most garages get good reviews when they get things right but the mark off a good garage is when they don't ..I gave EAC 5* review for customer service after fitting new fuel pump to my saab 9.3..few weeks on I had few issues and I felt these were not being sorted by Andy the general manager so I contacted managing director Mark Kettle ..this guy has passion for the firm..he his dedicated to customer service he emailed me to ring him asap..within an hr I had a driver deliver to my home all missing paperwork plus credit voucher for major service ..with 2 hrs funds I should not have paid were credted to my bank.. Yes they got it wrong ..people are human but this guy sorted it fast. 4* star rating is an honest review and fair assesment

I've used them 3 times now, every visit has been a good experience. Most recently my wife took her car there for an MOT, it failed on a broken headlamp mount. She also mentioned before the Mot that there was a loud knocking noise coming from the underside of the car. They didn't pick up the cause of the knocking noise during the MOT so took it for a test drive. They diagnosed a broken exhaust mount and welded it up. They also repaired the headlamp and re-tested it that day. The total cost for all this extra work was 35 quid. Years a go I worked in a dodgy garage that ripped people off on a daily basis, I can tell you now that EAC are nothing like that. They are a trust worthy and professional outfit.

Saab was towed in 12 th april a fri at about 14.30..fuel pump failure its a 9.3 convertable ..now I have AA vehichle repair ins ...and EAC is recomended repairer so made sense go there..what a garage ...from first meet..very polite friendly..4 staff on computers and phones ..calls answered in 30 secs...no ringing and ringing..details were taken from AA technician and I was told a claim would be submitted I would be informed of the outcome. Now forget..fri...sat..sun..weekend so rang tues and still waiting for clearance ..knew hot weather was coming over easter and knew no chance car being done before easter but rang wens ..17 th ..to be told .oh..car got clearence and pump is fitted and just waiting a rd test ..now that is fantastic service by any means. So car is back home...runs a dream. Overall..fantastic staff..fantastic service full marks all round

NOTHING BUT SUPERB, I have recently moved to wales from telford and as I have been doing a lot of miles over the last 5 months my break pads decided to grind into the disks, as i needed the car on a daily basis it was vital i had the car sorted and back on the road, I happened to message EAC on Sunday evening to explain my situation and they couldn't be more helpful they squeezed me in the very next morning to replace the disks and pads and the price was fantastic they offered to take me to my job I explained i had some stuff i needed to drop off so they offered me a car to use i went out to move my stuff to car and realised that the boot was to small and telling them they instantly said no worries we have a van nothing was to much trouble, i returned later in the day and the car was ready waiting for my journey back to wales, i have been back to them this week to have a gold service brake fluid change and 4 new tyres which you can reserve online the size and make you require for the day you want them fitted, I had a call later to tell me the car was all done, well I must say the car was gleaming inside and out when i picked it up, i've never seen it so clean :-) the work was spot on it was a pleasure to drive home, I will use EAC for all my services and all work i require in the future the staff are welcoming and knowledgable, Thank you to Mark and Jayne a true family run business and it really shows
