Recently had a coming together with a curb, which resulted in the front skirt of the car being scratched, as well as being partly removed from the car. I e-mailed James with a few pictures of the damage, he was able to see me within the hour to give me a quote. Returned with the car the next day, fast forward a few hours and the car was ready to be collected. Upon my return the front skirt was now immaculate, you would never know that it had been damaged. James provides a very friendly service, keeps in regular communication, and offers great value for money. I would 100% recommend using this service, and will return if I ever decide to have another incident!

Brilliant service from start to finish. If you're one of those people who struggle to trust tradesman and are reading these reviews to get an idea of how good Flawless Body Repairs are, then I can tell you that I was that person and I can honestly say I'm glad I decided to go with Flawless. James was super professional from the get go. Provided me with a quotation and managed to get me in the same week. After the meet and greet I felt my car was in safe hands. James managed to repair the damage. (Deep scratch to front bumper after driving alongside a small wall) the same day. It looked brand new. Litterally couldn't tell the difference. Super pleased, I will be back if I manage to do something silly again. Thanks James, really great service. Keep it up! I'll update this post in around 6 months with an update on how it still looks.

Brought my one year old car in to have a small stone chip and dent on the front wing repaired. The car has metallic paint, so I was a little concerned about the colour match. James re-assured me and booked the car in very quickly for a repair. It is an excellent repair! I cannot see any join in the paint and the small dent has been filled perfectly. Flawless are a class act!! I will not go to any other cosmetic car repair company in my local area. Flawless have over many years detailed and repaired many cars for me and my family. The workmanship is of the highest standard! I have never had any problems and have found James to be very friendly and fair with his evaluation and pricing. I recently had a bumper resprayed, a new front splitter fitted & my alloys reconditioned which came in £180 cheaper than a quote I had in Shrewsbury. After been reversed into causing damage to front bumper (shattered, paint removed etc), I contacted James on recommendation who came out next working day (which is even more impressive as was 23rd Dec!) quoted there and then. As the 3rd party wanted to go outside of insureance, James was able to create an electronic invoice so that 3rd party could pay direct meaning even more ease for me. On day of repair James was totally accommodating as I didn’t have any other options for lifts so was able to drive to his workshop, drive home and he drove back in my car saving me taxi fare. The repair has been done to high standard, cannot see that there was any damage done previously. Cannot recommend highly enough!
