I had an excellent experience. Fully trained buy Citroen mechanics. After two garages telling me it was this, it was that. They pinpointed the problem straight away and fixed it at a very reasonable price. And explain to me in great detail exactly what went wrong with my Peugeot 307 CC I will always use French diagnostic services from now on. I cannot praise them enough

After numerous attempts at other "specialist" garages to mend my 307cc roof went to FDS today and issue resolved in 2 hours. Excellent service and explained what the issue was and how resolved. Would recommend here to any pug driver with roof issues. Cannot rate him highly enough

Came across the French Diagnostics Services garage after a lot of investigations in the Internet for someone with experience of fixing the roof in a Peugeot 307 CC. These guys are excellent. Drove the 160 miles from London to them and it was well worth it. Sean got to work on the car straight away and I'd say there is nothing he does not know about the folding roofs in Peugeots and Citroens. He traced the fault in my 307 CC to a broken wire in the roof loom in less than an hour. Proceeded to fix it and in just over 2 hours the car roof was back in working order again and I was on my way back to London. Had a good chat with Sean while I was there and he's repaired roofs that no one else has managed to fix from as far away as Sweden, impressive ! He is an expert on this matters and a very nice guy. This is a gem of a garage, very professional, like they used to be many years ago but now are almost impossible to find ! I recommend them without hesitation.

The best electric auto mechanical engineer you will ever find. Shaun is a genius, where other garages could not offer to help Shaun said on first arriving if I can't fix it then no one will. His methodology and analysis was above and beyond. I would recommend Shaun to anyone and especially if you have a french car. I have a Citroen C4 grand picasso 2015 and fed up of the niggles as the car is overloaded with electrics with a computer that is unable to cope with the technology. Shaun not only fixed my electric handbrake but also rest the notoriously bad alarm system. FDS the best diagnostic garage by a country mile. And lastly Shaun is a friendly guy who has time to talk and explain every detail which is rare. Do not bother with a main dealer FDS is the real deal. I will now be a regular customer.

Found out about FDS by a chance meeting with someone who had used them. I recently purchased a 307cc on driving it when reaching 50mph it seemed to hit a brick wall. I left the car with them and picked it up the next day. When driving back I thought I had the wrong vehicle could not believe the difference, it had so much power. They were so professional, explaining and keeping me advised of ever step. Cannot speak highly enough of these two guys and needless to say will be using them again. If anyone out there are having problems with their vehicle which is not being re-solved, give them a call, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed .

Shaun is a living encyclopedia of all things Citroen, and he easily sorted out a computer glitch on my C5 that had defeated two other garages close to where I live (Ludlow). Chatting to him about past Citroen I've owned, he pointed out the real solutions to problems I'd had with them. I only wish I'd known him then! In essence he is THE go to guy!

A real 'pain in the ass' Pug 308 with more than one fault.Sean & Stuart stuck at until finally cured.This is after Peugeot dealer gave up and blamed it on dirty fuel ! Another workshop simply guessed and changed EGR valve.So after spending £500 elsewhere I gave it to FDS.Took a while, but we got there and sorted it so top marks to the lads as they had no Management Light to tell them which direction to go, simply intuition.Something which Main Dealers seem to lack.
