Great service from the team here. I had concerns over some damage to the side wall of a tyre and expected to need a replacement. I phoned up and Nathan was very helpful and ordered the tyre for me. When my wife took the car to them they examined the tyre and explained that it was structurally sound and didn't need replacing after all, result! They could have just done the job and taken the £300. Thanks guys, integrity is a rare thing nowadays. Definitely recommend 👌

Was very impressed by how nice and how they explained the process and let me watch and explained the readings of my full track and alignment. Had had less than impressive service from a local competitor over the years when having my vehicles tracking and alignment done. Lost locking wheel nuts; missing wheel nuts, steering wheels not set straight etc and thought I’d give here a go with the Hunter setup. I will be sending all my cars here for tracking and alignment now.

We’re leaving to go away for the weekend and realised we had a puncture. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to go on holiday as we had a long drive ahead of us and no car! I can't give 5 stars as I was there for 6 hours to get my car an MOT and service. I booked a slot at 11am for service and 12am for MOT, got there just after 10:30 and didn't leave till 16:30. However I was able to use an office for a work conference call which was super awesome from them. Top service and work just a shame about the wait.

Paid for a steering geometry care package some months ago and decided, on the spur of the moment, to avail myself of one of the periodic checks. Telephoned my local branch for a slot to present my car and was given 1.30pm for the same day. Arrived at 1.25 to find the car park nearly full and people waiting around both outside and inside the branch, my heart sank! Nevertheless I checked in at reception handed my keys over and took a seat. I needn't have worried. My car was driven onto the test facility within 10 minutes and the evaluation commenced. After approximately 20-25 minutes I was handed a printout of the result (no problems revealed) and was on my way. Can't ask for more than that! Good service.

Gentleman on reception (Adcock) was really helpful and the two lads who looked at my tyres explained why they needed changing. Some things you don't always notice because the tread was OK but in between was cracking.

Overall the service was very good, but after waiting for over 1hr 30mins waiting for the car to go in, I was then informed that they couldn't repair the puncture and that I needed a new tyre. If i had known that before going in I could have and would have ordered a new tyre over the Internet for £101 whilst sitting on the carpark for well over an hour. Instead of being quoted the over inflated price of £128.49 for the same tyre. Thankfully the guy on the desk saw sense and gave me a bit of discount.

My car feels amazing to drive again, the service was brilliant and very friendly, the things put into place for covid was amazing to see, especially as a vunerable person as i am worried when leaving the house to go get things done most the time. And despite the wait time as i was in a queue and i decided to hang around it felt very quick as the mananger on duty was very talkative to the customers sat waiting while he was working at his desk, which i found amazing and ue was very professional with every customer. I turned up, without an appointment, with my wife's wheel wearing a lovely big nail in the middle of the tread in my boot. These guys were clearly very busy and all the bays were active. Toby asked what I needed doing and I explained that my wife needed the car for her night shift that evening, but I'd also travelled a fair distance and couldn't really leave the tyre to return. He appreciated my situation, sorted the tyre in double-quick time and was kind enough to do so for a price I won't mention here, but was the best possible value. Fantastic, quality service from Toby & team today despite them being so busy...service I had failed to receive at a previous garage!! After recently buying a new car, I had been experiencing continual pressure loss in all 4 tyres. I had already visited another garage to be told that both rear tyres had nail punctures that could not be repaired, but despite me emphasising that this didn't explain why all 4 tyres were losing pressure, they told me both front tyres 'were absolutely fine'. On recommendation I visited Kwik Fit for a second opinion. I was immediately told that both rear punctures could infact be repaired & after a thorough examination of the front tyres, they discovered & repaired leaks on the inner rims of both front tyres! Both Toby the manager & the man who did the repairs ( whose name I unfortunately didn't take note of) were friendly & took the time to explain to me what had been found & done. For the time & effort that had gone into the job, the price was fantastic & I will definetly be returning in the future! Thankyou!

I needed an MOT very quickly, and please consider this was 23rd December. I rang and spoke to Ash who offered me 5pm the same evening. I had no sooner put the phone down when Ash rang again, offering me a midday appointment which I was glad to accept. I had to wait, but the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and has a free hot drink machine. While I waited I saw many other customers come and leave satisfied. I had a bad experience with Kwik Fit in London years ago, but on 2 occasions now, I have been impressed with the service and expertise of the staff. I will be using this branch whenever my car needs anything from now on. Thank you guys.

I still had to wait a further 30 minutes before they actually started to do the job. The job took a further 45 minutes to do. I am still not sure everything was completed. I booked two tyre's on line and set the time and date for fitting. Turned up at my local centre on time but unfortunately it took one and half hours to have two tyre's and tracking done. The quality of the service and the speed which they work through the vehicles is staggering. They always do a good job, treat you with respect and charge a fair price for the work done. I have used them for years and I've never noticed a drop in quality, which is nigh on impossible for most big firms.

Friendly, informative, identified the issue quickly and made sure i was able to drive away with a fully safe and tested car. With the issues I'd experienced earlier in the week after deciding to look at cost instead of quality of service, these guys we're brilliant. Next time I'll forsake a few extra pounds and use Kwik Fit for all my tyre and tracking needs.

Recently had all four tyres replaced and balanced. I took advantage of the tracking check and was told that one wheel was ‘in the red zone’. Decided to have the tracking done whilst there and it cost approx £60 which I thought was quite expensive. Overall though, good service, pleasant staff and a job well done.

1st class service! I had a bad experience with halfords and phoned kwik fit at 2pm on sat afternoon as my tyres had become illegal due to a fault. They told me to go straight down. Even thought they were busy they kept me informed every step of the way. There are a lot of young staff there who were amazing. Very respectful and didn't treat me like a woman who knew nothing about cars. They got my car fixed and it is now driving perfectly. The young man told me he would find the problem that 2 other garages had missed and he did! Well done Ian for teaching your team so well, I will always recommend you!

I had a flat tyre, which I re-inflated, and went to Kwik Fit Plus at Telford for them to check for a slow leak. Despite a careful inspection, no slow leak could be found. Without any prompting from me, the staff removed the tyre for a closer inspection and still found nothing. The tyre was then re-fitted to the rim with a sealing compound applied, inflated to high pressure and again, no leak detected. My tyre was then deflated to the correct pressure and fitted to the car . It has retained this pressure since. It seems obvious to me now that someone had deliberately deflated the tyre. The service given by the cheerful staff was, to my mind, beyond praise, especially as I was not charged for the 40 minutes of work. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff was beyond reproach. Very well done to all.

I usually hate going to Kwik Fit as our past experience has ALWAYS been poor due to having to wait well over 1 hour for our tyres to be changed. However, on this occasion I bought the tyre 'on line' and at the same time booked an appointment for 10.00am. Used Quickfit Telford twice for tyre changes. Both times I've also used the online booking system. The first time it took over an hour for the car to be taken in to the garage from the car park and was sat there for another 30 minutes before the tyres were changed and the second time over 40 minutes before car was taken. The staff are friendly and the work is carried out to a good standard but the online booking system seems a bit pointless. If for example my car is booked in for the tyres to be changed at 10:00, I'd expect the work to be completed within 30 minutes, not nearly 2 hours like my first visit.

Service and MOT. Oil filler cap left loose resulting in oil all over the engine and dripping on the drive. Washer bottle filter blocked cleaned and replaced by a different garage cost £15. Kwikfit told me it was a washer pump failure with a replacement cost circa £140. For the part plus fitting. Not very pleased and confidence in Kwikfit is exceeding low.

I had an appointment at 12o clock on Thursday 30-7-20.I had gone to have new tyres fitted.I was booked in by Kieran Davies and found him to be polite and very helpful.I had quite a bit of a wait which i didn’t mind as i could see the staff were overwhelmed with cars and were doing there best to get through everyone .Kieran kept me informed and also apologised a few times for the delay.The reception area was very clean and the seats were apart for social distancing and there was anti bacterial readily available for you to do your hands.The staff all had masks on as well so you felt safe being there..Thank you Kieran very much and would definitely use you again.

Passing thru Telford. Had a slow puncture and since the tyre was in poor condition I decided to replace it. Googled nearest tyre place and booked express service online at Kwik-fit Plus Telford. Took car in straight away, into the ramp while I waited in the foyer. Very polite and professional young man, Kashif, who explained everything and replaced the tyre professionally. He also checked all other tyres thoroughly and made some important recommendations. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the service I received was fantastic.
