Vw transporter <19k miles. First MOT. Failed on left and right, front lower suspension arm rear bushes. Fair call but front bushes were also unserviceable as I found later. No issues with verdict and faults. However I was immediately confronted by reception with a £656 repair quote ! 2 new suspension arms, not bushes. The failed bushes cost circa £15 and for a professional garage probably 2 hours work max( I did both sides, 4 bushes and ball joints in 3 hours). Luckily as an aircraft Engineer I had the experience to see through this extortionate attempt at gaining a repair job that wasn't required. In times of high living costs it's unacceptable in my view to mislead people for financial gain. A fair and acceptable MOT ( apart from missing the other worn bushes) but the repair quote was just plain dishonest and a less knowledgeable customer may have found themselves on the light side of a £700 bill for £30 of parts. Honesty goes a long way in this game and I won't be reccomending this establishment to anyone. 11 July 2022 Owner had the decency and time to call me regarding my review. After extensive discussion and explanation I reiterated that at no point did I draw in to question the ability and professional approach of his mechanics, in fact I applaud a thourough insoection. He explained that the quote was for a best case repair and I expressed my feelings that all options for repair should be offered to meet all customers budgets and expectations. I accept his explanation and have changed my review accordingly in the hope that he to will consider offering customers all options for rectification. I have 3 other vehicles and I am prepared to give MTS the opportunity to carry out future inspections due to the owners gracious effort to contact me and discuss the matter. A refreshing approach to a poor but, in my opinion, a constructive review.

Staff always friendly & helpful. There's an outdoor & indoor waiting seated area, also cold water dispenser and cold drinks machine. I've been using this place since it opened and in it's previous location. Always been happy with service and would certainly recommend to others 👍🙂

Rang MTS as left it too late to book my mot in at the garage I normally use. They fitted me in the next day which was brilliant. Got the job done quickly, very reasonably priced. Very professional and friendly. Car passed with only a couple of advisories. Very honest and trustworthy garage. I have been using this garage for years and would highly recommend them. No matter what the issues have been with my cars they have been able to fix them. If for any reason there is a delay in the repair they phone without fail to keep me informed. Any delays that have occurred have been from suppliers and not from their staff. Don't even bother trying any of the other local garages, as none of them come close to the prices and expertise that you get at MTS. They are currently getting to grips with my failed window regulators on my c5, and recently sorted out my very leaky power steering pipework.

I've had an excellent service from MTS, I took my Renault 5 GT Turbo in for an MOT (as they've got a good history with Classic Performance Cars) and although it failed it's MOT, they talked me through exactly why and what each point meant. I subsequently booked in and had it fixed. Very happy!

Took my car last year and i wasnt disappointed! Good service and staff was really helpful. When I moved to Kidderminster I was considering other garages near me but got back again. And no disappointment again! Read some reviews before i made that decision becouse of travel there and back for retest if needed, and some reviews put me off. One thing for sure dont read reviews just go and see for yourself, staff so helpful and honest, brilliant rest area but cold in winter! I will be back again for sure. Thank you MTS

Took car for its annual mot, at the new site, sat nav puts takes you to the heathhill roundabout MTS is first left as you exit it after car lot, rates were reasonable and staff were friendly and practicing social distancing so main waiting room was off limits but good sheltered waiting area was provided outside, Would advise removing or covering dash cams if having a vehicle worked on as staff will remove it from windscreen themselves and leave it on passenger seat

I when in to Svm/mts to get the wifes car mot done and delt with a chap called Steven on reception, all staff were friendly on reception which gives you a warm welcome. The had its mot but need a few jobs doing for mot, I spoke to Steven to get a prices. The prices were gives which were very reasonable so I had the car fixed up and motd. When arrived to collect my car back the invoice was set ready for quick service and car was on front carpark ready to drive away. The customer service was great and I shell see them with my next motor and further problems Thanks Steven/dave keep up with good service
