My first time using but cannot commend highly enough. My partner's car had failed its mot on a rear coil spring. Called this company after a recommendation. Booked in within a couple of days, repair done and Gino even had it re-mot'd at the same station I had it done. Car returned within a couple of hours of dropping it off, despite him being very busy. Absolutely brilliant service. Thankyou

Car went in for annual service and also required a brake check due to squeaky brakes, but also needed thermostat changing. Gino spent quite a bit of time locating and then swapping out the old thermostat for new, even having to remove the alternator to gain access. You'd think that'd be reflected in price charged but it wasn't at all. Car running great now - thanks Gino

The best repair and service I have ever had. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I booked it in for an interim service and this revealed a couple of items that needed attention. There was no pressure from the garage to have the work done. I decided to have it carried out for safety reasons and good upkeep and maintenance of my car. I was quoted a very reasonable price and the work was done to a very high standard. I was offered a courtesy car (no charge) but I didn't actually need it. I will definitely be using them in the future. A genuine well run business.

Second time in a month that I have used this garage. They are incredibly accommodating even working late at short notice to ensure that my S Max was repaired within a day so that we could make it on holiday. This week They have replaced the clutch on my sons Focus. Gino will always talk through repairs and show you removed parts. Customer service is excellent and prices are very good. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They will be my family's first choice for any future repairs and servicing.

MDG have serviced and repaired both mine and my husbands cars for over 20 years, we have complete confidence in the team to offer the most professional, honest and trustworthy service. When emergencies occur they are very obliging too and are always willing to help and offer advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This review is rather overdue! I've used MDG for probably 10 years and automatically will do so for all future servicing and repairs. Gino and Lee are 2 very decent guys who have consistently looked after us and our cars. They always seek to do the right thing in dealing with any situation. They won't do unnecessary work and will fully explain what work they will do to the car and what they have done when finished. They also will fully explain why any extra work will need to be done for the good of the vehicle and for our long term interests in keeping the car on the road for the long term. I should also mention that Gino's predecessor, Mick also served us very well indeed - and Gino has carried on this service to us after Mick retired.

Dropped my Tiger Super Cat kit car off to have a tune up and general look over. It runs twin Weber carbs so it's rare to find people locally with understanding of them. Geno made a great custom engine component to solve an issue I had and the car is running loads better. Really nice guy that won't mess you around - that's rare for a garage. Very happy customer!

New owner Gino has taken over since May 2016 but kept the same garage service. Seems to be operating to the same high standards as Mick used to! Have had cause to have two unusual repairs done on my 10 year old Kia Sedona. Gino has sorted both problems out with a thoughtful and efficient approach keeping the car on the road and saving hundreds of pounds worth of dealer electronic replacements. Gino also provided a courtesy car to keep me going. Cannot praise MDG highly enough!

Excellent service saved me thousands by finding a fault that two previous garages had said I would need a new engine. Not only that they fixed some other minor issues, would definitely recommend MDG and I will be using regularly.
