Good evening, Happy New Year to all you guys at National Windscreens . I would like to thank you for the treatment I received today and how you handled my request to effect an emergency repair to my windscreen. An excellent experience after a bad experience with another well known company. My Vehicle more than likely will require a new Screen in the near future and these guys will be the ones to carry out the Job. The Manager dealt with my problem professionally. Very helpful, They should have come to my house to fit the windscreen but about 9.00am the fitter rang me to as if I would taking it to their workshop as it was snowing heavy so I said ok will meet you there and they let me wait in reception while they fitted it.

Through my insurance company National Windscreens came to complete the work at my workplace. It was raining so the guys gave me the option ofor a rearranged appointment or they could take it to the depot and get it replaced there. I agreed to them taking the car to the depot. They brought back my car and the keys were left in reception. I am very happy with the service today.

I WENT THERE TO SEE ABOUT A REPAIR THEY SAID THEY COULD REPAIR IT THAT DAY BUT OUR INSURANCE IS WITH ADMIRAL WHO USE Autoglass so it is still not fixed
