A. D.I have used Ferris garage a few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. We recently had our hybrid in for a service and MOT. Tim is always friendly, professional & providing me with a courtesy car is never a problem. The work carried out on the car is always of a high standard- I can tell the difference of how the car is running. It had even been given a wash and also vacuumed out, which I didn't expect!
It's a great local business and one I would highly recommend.

The service was performed to a very high standard using the correct high quality Bosch filters at a very reasonable price, Tim is very friendly and professional to deal with. They will set realistic time scales for any work required and we are always pleasantly surprised when the work is completed ahead of schedule. We recently had a major issue with our Landrover and although Ferris were very busy and gave us a 1-2 week estimate to complete the work, they repaired the car within 3 days and came in almost £200 under the estimate. We are delighted, thank you.

Wheels were torqued up correctly, not banged on with a windy gun and wheels were cleaned before the car was returned. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done. Live close by so that helps but the customer service is excellent (it's more like an office than a workshop), reception spotlessly clean and friendly. I went to collect the car, reception was empty but a mechanic saw me and ran straight over. Costs are reasonable too (i.e. exactly what was quoted) and the work completed is excellent.
