Realised at 12 noon that my car MOT was due that day(!) on a Friday. Looked online and found Birchwood MOT as a good local garage to my work at Birchwood Park, and trustworthy due to the amount of positive Google reviews. Called to book in the car for the Monday or when available, but they bent over backwards, booked the car in that afternoon, and got it through it's MOT before the end of the day, cracking! Knew there would be minor issues on the car, which they pointed out as advisories and did not pressure me into doing any work. Happy with the work carried out for the MOT, now looking to book the car in to fix the minor issues, and give it a service too - lots of extra work off the back of a rapid MOT! Couldn't thank the guys enough for turning a stressful afternoon into a walk in the (Birchwood) park!

Takes what you'd expect from garage service, to a whole new level, not only from advice and supply you with expect! Knowledge wise,but: what I've seen against dealership "knowledge" Andi and Matt especially, are a cut above! Unless you are contracted to take your car elsewhere? Have a chat! From newTyres to virtually anything, I cannot recommend these guys enough, on knowledge, communication and cost! Basically if it's your car? You'd be foolhardy, to say the least! Also I had a terraclean(deep engine Clean) on my car last year 60k on the clock, but she sounds and feels like new, in every respect! Based on my big lump of a diesel, it works out at 0.14 pence a litre worst per clean! (GOOD FOR 30k) That's round town miles, but has upped the average mpg 7-8! Motorway, takes it to another level,especially for us good old diesel drivers that were duped! So don't ditch! Fix it! Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Also if you need to wait on a Job,top gear leather seats,TV and proper tea and coffee, top it off! 5 star all round! Except from pricing!!!! Not just me! I've seen, everyone person, I've noted, in. 4 years, always happy with "the Bill" just wish, id have found them sooner! 5 star 🌟 + Happy Volvo and Porche driver.
