First time here and it was excellent service I was booked in for 10:30 and I was away with my oil and filter changed very efficiently at 11.20. The cost of my 2.2 ford ranger oil and filter change was £90, where as my local ford dealer wanted £160 . If you are the sceptical type of customer no worries you can watch them doing your work through the reception window while having a free coffee. I picked up a leaflet while I was there for a full service and it seems very reasonable so will be going back. Thank you very much.

Called the RAC about a break down, was taken here at the operators recommendation. Good job too. Had a busted alternator in my volvo, handed over the keys at about half twelve and everything was fixed and roadworthy by half 2. Customer service was amazing, price seemed reasonable and everything was lightning quick. To be back on the road so quickly was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be going back for anything else that I might need.

Went in originally to just ask about my air conditioning as I wasn't sure which one I should get for my car, Jake in particular was great, very friendly and explained everything and answered all my questions I had, and he squeezed in my car to check the air con system and recharged it which was great! overall super happy :)

Absolutely outstanding guys here, great team and went out of their way to help me. Shout out to Jake and Rob (Manager) and the guy who did my car today, for going the extra mile, Jake when I had covid hand delivered paperwork to my house that I needed and couldn't collect, Rob for dealing with a dealership for me who were absolutely awful and todays guy for helping me with a probelm with the car and being patient and showing me stuff to help me understand. Last week jake looked after me with tracking on my Kia Rio I was so impressed the way I was treated. I was recommended by a friend to go there and I was glad I did it was a cold day the free coffee was a excellent touch I needed it doing then and the did it for me the technicians even explained about speed bumps and how to protect my tracking. Friendly staff job completed on time, unfortunately have doubts that the interim service was completed as the the website states that a visual inspection of the air filter is a carried out 10 minutes after the service went to top up the screen wash as this hadn’t been done and noticed there was dust over the air filter box completely undisturbed. Would go back here again but just a bit doubtful all the tasks paid for are completed.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Was booked in by head office for an MOT and service last Saturday. Turned up, and there wasn't a booking as head office had failed to book it in properly (seems to be a common occurence, which isn't fair on the guys in the shop, as they kop the flack!). Big shout out to Scott who sorted it, re-booked and work carried out as promised quickly and thoroughly, even cleaned oil from a leak after repairing. This is now my garage, cheers Scott!

I had my car booked in for an MOT yesterday at the Warrington centre and the guys were absolutely outstanding. My car failed it's MOT and the repair was very costly and I was worried I wouldn't have my car for work on Monday but the guys were brilliant and went out there way to get my car repaired the same day and 4 hours later it was done. Absolutely brilliant service and I got my payments split over 4 months which helps me out a lot. Will definitely be using you guys for all my services and repairs in the future. Thank you.

The staff where very friendly, My car was booked in at 11 and they started it at 11, they explained everything I asked them in detail, they gave me a time and it was finished when they said it would be. The mechanic gave me lots of advice, the garage was very clean and I got a cracking deal and a loyalty card that gave me another service and two M O Ts for £75 with free check ups any time I wanted one. The manager was very attentive and helpful. The car was a BMW 5 series, I will be using them again and highly recommended. Thanks for doing a great job

Dropped the van off for its MOT ...Called back an hour later it had failed on Broken rear coil springs .. They offered to replace them for me at a really good price ...so I left the van for another hour while they fitted them, then gave me the new MOT cert.. In and Out have consistently been excellent. We've had wheel bearings and your basic servicng done in the past. I wasn't able to fault them for any of those things before, but today they've proven once again what honest and customer focused service looks like - we needed oil done on our focus, and after buying the oil and filter myself ahead of time, I'd gone to do it myself, only to find the plug was rounded and needed replacing. They took care of us straight away, despite being slammed on a Saturday afternoon, and did the job for us no questions asked. Truly excellent! We'll be back... thanks lads!

I came across this service/mot centre whilst searching the web and the reasonable price caught my eye. I left an online query and was contacted by phone not long after whereby I was able to get an appointment for the following morning. They were very prompt and advised me that I needed 2 tyres changing which confirmed my thoughts, the technician offered to arrange this but was not 'pushy' and left me to consider my options. Overall a really good experience .

Superb service from booking the reservation to having the MOT. Raffles and I were treated very nicely by the staff. Comfy waiting room with free hot drinks and free Wifi. (Which is perfect when your phone has died and all the staff have iPhones so I was unable to charge my phone and make use of this lol). I had encountered a brake problem the week before Easter and most garages were full. I contacted In and Out where speaking to Steve had me reassured they understood the problem and was asked to take my car there straight away. Car taken and as leaving another employee asked if I heard and grinding noise as I turned the wheel. Yes. He had identified another problem. Car left all was sorted but they found a problem possibly caused by the previous day's mechanic somewhere else regarding the handbrake. For safety they said I could not have the car and fully explained which I accepted. The next day the hand brake was sorted and I have a fully safe car back at a fraction of the cost the other place were going to charge me. Excellent service and a place I will use in future for any problems. I can highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I was not very happy with my recent visit to In'n'out. I was sent my MOT/Service reminder letter with an offer of a service and MOT for the all inclusive price of £128. I accepted this and booked my car in over the phone. When I turned up on the morning I was told my car had only been booked in for an MOT, not a service as well.I was also told that I would have to pay the full price and that although they could fit me in for a service it would be later that day. This was not convenient and so I just had the MOT done. I will think twice about using In'n'Out next year.

We have been using in and out for a few years now we recently took a 2014 plate 1 litre Ford focus eco boost for a mot and service it failed on tyres but they phoned us to tell us that they could not do the service because it was there was signs that the head gasket is going to go the car had only done 42 000 miles thanks to the advice they given us we are getting a new engine from for completely free of charge VERY HONEST LADS THANKS THE LADS IN WARRINGTON WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SERVICES TOTAL RESPECT

So today I put my car into the garage for cam belt, alternator belt and a water pump and I thought I'd feed back on the garage and their service. Well if you're expecting a bad review I'm going to disappoint you as you see today I had my faith in the motor service trade restored. Let me explain why, my car was started on time bang on at 8am as promised the lounge area was comfortable enough to make waiting while they work on your car a reality they finished on time and on price and didn't inflate it. Now that's not the bit that actually amazed me. About 4 hours after I left the garage I had a call from Sean in the garage to inform me they had found an unused belt in the workshop and he wasn't sure if they had missed off the 2nd belt on the job sheet or had an extra one delivered so if it was convenient could I pop back and they'd double check the work, and put it right straight away as its a lot easier to do the alt belt than the cam belt. So luckily I was quite local so I made it back 30 minutes before they closed and within 10 minutes Sean came out an APOLOGISED for "dropping a b*****k" now this is an unusual experience for me in other garages as I would've expected them to keep their mouth shut and hope I never noticed. I mentioned this to Sean and he explained that's not their way of doing business and he'd rather admit a mistake and put it right than risk alienating a new and hopefully loyal customer. Well he certainly won me over so Kudos to In-n-Out in Speke for having the right attitude to customer care and admitting an honest mistake and putting it right rather than lie and be dishonest. So if you are in the need give these guys consideration.

Not up previous standard. MOT+ Service combo on my Peugeot 207 identified a front suspension spring needed replacing. No-one called me to let me know about this before I went back at the end of the day to collect the car - meaning another trip back to the garage the next day. Despite the car being left with them all day, when I went back towards the end of the day it wasn't quite ready and fair play the guys stayed late to finish it for me. You'd think that's good, but no... when they finished and handed the car back to me, I got less than a mile down the road before I had to stop because the rattling and banging from the suspension sounded like something major was going to fall off!! Back to the garage 5 minutes after I left but all locked up so that meant a third trip back to the garage the following day. Fair play to them - they identified a faulty shock absorber and replaced it free of charge, which solved the issue, but the point is they should never have released the car to me in that state and it shouldn't have taken 3 consecutive days going back to them to get all the work done. Furthermore, despite having charged me for tracking as part of the works, after a few weeks I noticed a front tyre scrubbing badly on one edge so took it somewhere else to be told the tracking was out and needed adjusting. I wont be using these guys again.
