S. A.Look no further Watford. Throughout the week been in and out of 17 car garages just to get a diagnostic. Many have not even looked at my car and magically gave faults and fake diagnostics. However Cousins Garage have really a professional approach from first point of contact. They didn't make me wait around, saw my car within 5 minutes of arriving, plugged in there diagnostic computer and talked me through the error of my car. I can't not mention Chris the mechanic who walked me through the diagnostic, faults and reassuring the work that's needed and advising on day to day running of car to avoid future issues. Also his customer service skill is of high class service standard. Also the owner overlooked everything and great guy and reassuring sorry bud couldnt remember your name.(shiny white t-shirt guy and not a stain on it lol for a mechanic)
Not only will I be coming back but recommending, saving time and money for the people of Watford.

After a quick call ahead, I drove straight to Cousins Garage and they tightened all my wheel nuts for me at no charge. Really friendly and quick, if I lived nearby I would return!

Phil the governor advised me of all the things needing to be done then gave me an excellent price for which I went ahead with. I've been to quite a few car service and repair companies who are just out to try and make money out of you but Cousins, they bring a whole new meaning to customer service and professionalism to the table. Absolute excellent service and a great group of guy's dedicated at putting the customer first.
