Really helpful experienced and knowledgeable team. Have used them for several years for service and Mot. Had a problem with the car misfiring this year due to some faulty spark plugs but it was sorted it all out very quickly. Happy to recommend them and to continue using them.

IF THE WORLD HAD MORE GARAGES LIKE THAT WOULD BE LESS STRESSFUL TO HAVE A CAR! We liked so much we brought my mother in law's car here when needed service, even she lives 3 hours away! our experience: My partner was using before just FORD garages because he had so many bad experiences with local garages and he wanted to be sure about not having trouble, ended up FORD garage was the biggest deception. We got Flacon Autotech by recomendation and WOW! The service was so professional, honest, cheaper and friendly! All our respect for this small business!

Brilliant garage - honest, professional and VERY competitively priced. They are always super busy, so booking is a must (this is a good sign!!), but they pulled out all the stops when my son’s little old fiesta broke down and needed urgent repairs and got him back on the road the same day. I’ve been taking my beloved 2011 3 Series to Falcon for servicing for years now and wouldn’t dream of using another garage.

A really good very reliable service centre for most vehicles at reasonable prices. Really quick service and have been using them for nearly 8 years for my VW GOLF TOYOTA MR2 and a recently acquired Vauxhall Corsa....they will not recommend unecessary replacement of parts....so I give them 5 stars....

Don't just fit expensive parts when the old parts can be reconditioned cheaper. Had faulty propshaft machined and repaired rather than just order the Skoda replacement that coat£1300. Skilled, knowledgeable, and great service.
