I couldnt recommend this place enough. 5 star service is not enough from start to finish. Polite, friendly staff. Cosmin will go above and beyond. My car needed a new clutch and flywheel. Whatever repair needed, they probably have a solution in reasonable price. Services and Mots are done while you wait. For most of repairs and services you can wait there. Recently I have got my car's annual service and MOT done here like always. But one thing I noticed there prices have gone up a bit.

I’m their client for at least 6 years and the chap have remain the same since their expansion to Watford colonial way. The service they provide is absolutely fantastic with the highest of regards towards their professionalism and kindness. Extremely polite and reliable. They might got little busy because that’s normal when you grow in scale from couple ramps to more than 10 but I can tell you they provide the same service, at the same price with the same people I met 6 years ago. That tells you something. Good spirit exceptional customer service and fantastic service. Fast and reliable. They’ve never turned me down and even had an issue after servicing a mini cooper I thought the engine was overheating after leaving the garage. I called Cosmin and he answered straight away and arranged platform for me to pick up the car and return it to the garage. It proved to be a faulty automatic gearbox which they haven’t touch, that was overheating and I thought was the engine. After posing as an idiot second day when collected my car I insisted to pay for the platform they have arranged at least. They refused promptly. What a great character and amazing chap. And I’m still their client and they serve me so quick every time I come in. Thank you S&N thank you Cosmin. I highly recommend them despise the hate comments they have. Victor

Very efficient with MOT turnaround, mine was done in 1hr while waiting. Friendly and professional. Only negative was unfortunately I have to say even though alcohol gel was avaliable, nobody in the waiting area was wearing a face mask including staff behind desk. No obvious signage either. When I was there, 10 customers and staff in the waiting area.
