I have been using Ian at VW Doctor for 2 years now and although i have a Mercedes i receive a better service, repair and price then i would anywhere else! Ian is always very honest and i never feel like i am being ripped off. I have had multiple repairs completed in a timely manner and Myrtle the office dog makes the whole process 10 times better. i wish i could give the VW doctor 10 stars!!

Brought my car to VW Doctors as my VW Golf MK6 was experiencing a grinding sound on acceleration. I had taken it to the main dealers in Watford where it always serviced, however they failed to fix the problem. Ian diagnosed it was a failing water pump and the drive belt. It has been fixed and driving very quietly now. Ian is very knowledge, honest and extremely helpful. A perfect 10/10!

I had some issues with my audi TT which was difficult to identify. He found the issue and fixed it, I could not be happier. I would not trust anyone else with my car.
