Visited ACC motors after speaking to Jimmy a couple of days before. He told me to come in at 10am and bring my own brake pads (if i preferred to bring my own parts which i did) and he would fit them for me. I got delayed on a job and turned up at almost 1pm and he still managed to get me in and get the pads replaced. Such a wonderful and honest man, i purchased front and rear pads and he told me that the rears didn’t need replacement. Its hard to find good mechanics that dont try and steal your money by telling you things need doing when they dont so thank you Jimmy. 5 stars to ACC Motors & Jimmy. You guys saved my life today.. will definitely be using you guys as my local mechanics from now on and will recommend to all friends and family.

Highly professional, customer orientated, excellent work. I own two Merc E220's that one of them I use for executive chauffeur work (plus rent one out for the same type of work). Firstly I was just using ACC Motors for "Taxi MOT" - always prompt, efficient and inexpensive. Before I used to service my cars with an authorised Mercedes garages, but surprisingly kept having more and more technical problems after each of them, plus higher fuel consumption, as I suspected low quality parts and cheap oil used. So recently I decided to ask ACC Motors if they could do a full service on both cars using original parts. They did, for much lower price and now after two months of driving I can say - they also did a great job! - what a great difference. The engine fault was sorted straight away, unlike the Mercedes Dealership that wanted £165 just for diagnosis before they even were willing to do the repair and charge another astronomic amount of money - ACC did the diagnosis plus a full repair for total £95 (what a saving!). The service on both cars done half cheaper but done properly - all filters changed and proper semi synthetic oil used - the engine runs so smoothly again, and my fuel consumption is much lower. I used to have problems with the mistakes with brake pads wrongly installed before with Marshall Mercedes. At ACC Motors the first full brake discs and brake pads change was perfect quality. No rubbing or slowing the car, breaks are as smooth and efficient as needed. Overall I can say - after using ACC Motors - my cars are in best shape they have ever been and for much lower cost comparing to original Mercedes Dealerships that use their brand to con people into mediocre service for a lot of money. I will always do my service and any repairs with ACC Motors now. I highly recommend them to everyone. Superb work, for reasonable price and most importantly - they do care about their customers.

Refreshing to come to an ethical, honest and professionally run garage!! Had an MOT done and was failed on a boot lid not opening from the outside. After verifying with VOSA, they admitted it was a mistake and passed it. They showed me the regulations for originally failing. Completely legitimate reasoning! Removed the hour diagnostic charge for the problem too. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Great job guys! BTW, I'm a local resident to Woking and a REAL customer. Anybody that checks reviews knows you have to dismiss the best and worst 10-15% and use the remainder to get a mean average. (If it walks like a duck........)

Thought I was going to need a new clutch for a second hand car I just purchased but ACC managed to sort it out. Problem arose from the car sitting on the forecourt and not being used. Excellent service, nice to know that there are still genuine firms out there, will now be using ACC in the future.
