M.Can't thank these guys enough, after hearing lot's of noise and feeling vibration coming from my tyre on the A3 I made a mayday call to these guys to ask if they could have a quick look to see if they could see a problem, they said they could so I drove over they had a look, test drove it found the fault and helped me on my way, I'm not local they could have said no but they didn't and if I'm ever passing again I'll be sure to drop them in some beer! R. O.Today, my daughter's Honda Civic required an indicator bulb. A reputable high street retailer had puzzled over how to fit it, even removing the battery, in the hope of finding a way to the housing. Since you need an indicator on the M25, she left me with her car, and took mine. I phoned ACK for help and was invited to bring the car straightaway. Once there, the car was dealt with promptly, (the bulb having to be fitted via the wheel arch!). They were professional and friendly throughout. But what got me was ACK did not charge me for their time and trouble. Thank you so much everyone. In a sector with more than its fair share of cynical, jaded, sharks, ACK shines out as trustworthy, service-oriented and welcoming.
