Helpful, Dont know why you sent reply that you did. All I purchased were windscreen wipers which were fitted perfectly. The person that delt with me was helpfulI I stated helpful in my review. Had I had a full service & was pleased I would have given 5 stars, but not for fitting windscreen wipers
