Had the car booked in and the work was done but due to an error it left me concerned. Chris helped resolve the issue and was generally a great guy to chat to. I recently had a problem with my Audi A5 which two well known garages diagnosed a major issue and quoted big money for. I wasn't convinced and I spoke to John who looked at the car, did some research, agreed it was a little odd, and fixed it for much less than I was quoted elsewhere.
