Car was booked in online for aircon regas. There was a leak in the system so they couldn't gas it. I'd already paid online and the chap said I could call head office to get a refund. Great! What a pain, I imagined long waits and heated discussions. However, I called the customer services number, was speaking to someone within a minute, another minute later refund processed and we wished each other well. Recommended!

I visited another garage who quoted me £115 for a new tyre. My car is 6 months old and I wasn’t convinced that my tyre needed replacing (it had a nail in it which had been temporarily repaired). I took a chance ( I had not used Kwikfit before) and I had it fixed for £25. The job was done quickly and the gentleman was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again if needed.

I had noted a warning display on my car dashboard- tyre pressure low. Driving along the goldsworth road I saw Kwikfit was opened. I didn't have an appointment, I walked up to the gentleman and told him about the warning display. Popped in on the off chance as my tyre was loosing pressure & I couldn’t work out why. The team looked at it straight away even though I didn’t have an appointment. My car was booked for MOT, two days before took for a free tyre check, the staff were very polite and professional On MOT, checked in on time informed that it would take an hour and true to their word it was just an hour, again staff were very helpful

I used this workshop because I have found them in the past to be efficient, cost effective & a pleasurable experience (well, as much as having Mot tests & services can be) I was disappointed to be told in 1 call that my bill wouldn't be large & car would be ready by 5pm. Shortly after, was contacted again to be told that I was "on the books" as 2 accounts which pushed bill up by another £100 plus (admittedly with apologies & agreement to add an extra repair at their cost. Was reassured that car would still be ready by 5pm. Noted that according to bill of over £500 that I had "saved" £10!) On returning at 5pm, the guy I had spoken to had gone home for a family emergency & he hadn't combined the 2 accounts which then fell to another chap which he found very confusing. The car also wasn't ready, work on wheel realignment was started as I walked through the door... I live in Ash & am a carer for my 93 year old mother so the last thing we needed was this half hour or so delay. The staff were pleasant but clearly communication could be improved.

Normally, this Kwik Fit Woking works very efficiently, however, this time round they were a bit slow (2 hours to replace, balance and align two tyres). Also, Kwik Fit Woking offered me alignment, but they have not provided evidence of tyres being misaligned as per manufacturer's spec (did not show the report). Also, Kwik Fit Woking alignment is more expensive comparing to the National (by about 60%).

Couldn’t praise these guys enough today! I turned up to have an air con recharge & was told it might take a while depending on how much the pipes needed cleaning. I had forgotten the free coffee machine couldn’t be used because of Covid restrictions, so a very helpful man ( Lawrence? He’s a credit to your company!) asked his workmate if he was free & he went up the road & got me a take away coffee - customer services at its best! I struggle to go far as I have arthritis so it was very appreciated! Then they put air in my tyres as I can’t bend low enough to do it myself. Thank you to the staff of Kwik Fit Woking. I had a coolant / radiator issue which could have seriously damaged the car if it was not rectified quickly. This was a job that was quite complicated as they found problems after problems tracing the leak. The guys persevered, managed to get relevant parts in and eventually fixed my car. Took My car last year for a wheel alignment and they wanted to use a gas welder to loosen the bolts on the tie rod end. Things have changed. They now have Simon. This guy is really good. I have used Kwik-Fit Woking for various needs over the years. This week I had what I thought was a completely flat battery on my Honda CRV and I towed it in and left it overnight. First thing this morning Lawrence took the keys and said he'd take care of it. When I went to pick it up later he'd identified that there was a mechanical somewhere which was easily fixable, which he fixed, and that the battery was pushing the full 12 volts and he had re-charged it for me. Had a puncture last night and took wheel there to get the tire replaced. As it was a puncture they said that the could try and repair it rather than change the whole tire. Due to the placement they couldn't do it, but got a good deal on the tire. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and got me the best deal that I could of got. There are better deals if you buy 2 or more. I left the tire with them to sort out and went about my day and they phone me when it was done. They even changed the new one for my space saver, so I didnt have to do it when I got home. All in all a really good experience will definitely go back if I have any tire issues.

This is my second annual visit to Kwik Fit Woking. I booked my car in for four tyres, a full service and MOT. I found the team to be helpful and honest. Wonderful experience at Kwik Fit. Honest staff. Took my car in for an MOT on Friday 18 October 2019, a 02 Plate Polo and the service was excellent. The Manager Graham Orr explained that the car had passed and what minor items needed attention. He also provided advice on what to do about the slow puncture on my other vehicle. The guy who I believe was in charge (manager) was quite accommodating and gave very sound advice. Had front tyres replaced here, overall service for me was okay but a couple of people waiting ended up leaving as they had waited 10mins for someone to help them at the front desk with all the staff outside talking. I imagine the free wheel alignment checks will likely end with you paying for a wheel alignment no matter how unaligned the wheels are as the graph on the screen they show you scales to the offsets meaning that even a 1degree difference comes up in Red. I'm sure i'll be corrected if this is untrue but seemed like a waste of 50 quid to me.

I can't fault the help these guys gave me. I had a blow out where my front spring dropped and ripped apart my tyre just as I passed their workshop on Goldsworth Road.
