My experience of this garage has so far been faultless. From the helpful and friendly receptionist through to the skilled vehicle technicians to the owner Matt himself. They're a great bunch of people who genuinely want to help, which is a rarity for a garage these days. I for one believe I have found the best garage in Worcester and I will use them from now on.

My experience with Cars has been very positive I have in fact bought a used car. The Sales Team are very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to answer all questions. They go out of their way to give you a product which will satisfy your needs. I met three of the staff Adam who was extremely helpful a young lady and a test drive assistant all very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel confident that I will always be able to return to Cars for assistance should I need to. I am sure that I will be pleased with my car.

Took my old Mercedes to CARS to be diagnosed after it went into limp mode. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem in no time at all, ordered the parts I needed which came that day and had my car fixed the following day, all at a really reasonable cost. I first took my car to this garage in June 2018 - they were FANTASTIC; unfortunately I broke down on the M42 and was towed back to Worcester. when they investigated my car it was the engine; they advised me because I had only purchased it 4 months ago from a trader that the trader was responsible for repairing the car. This saved me 3.5k; I thank them VERY MUCH for being so honest and helpful. this just proves that they consider the customers and do not rip people off like so many other garages.
