I was lucky to have Eurotow assigned as roadside recovery. They arrived half an hour before the scheduled time and were very hepful. My car needed a new battery and once my car was started I was able to drive straight round and get a new one fitted right away. They even sorted out my sticky bonnet catch and petrol cap AND reset the clock all for the same price! Lovely people too, highly recommended.

Clive was assigned to recover my vehicle to a repair centre, which was arranged through my vehicle breakdown service. Clive attended promptly. Eurotow notified me when he was ten minutes away so that I could return to my vehicle for the recovery. Clive was professional and sociable making the recovery journey a worry free and enjoyable experience. 60 miles away from home.. being turned down by 3 breakdown companies.. Despite being told that I would have to wait another 3 hours for someone to turn up... Finally my breakdown cover arranged rescue with Eurotow Recovery! I was stuck with a flat tyre and so rang up Eurotow. They were very personable on the phone and understood my situation. One of the guys named Jake got to me within 10 minutes and was great to speak to. He was very efficient and managed to get the job done in under 15 minutes! Jake arrived well within the allotted time. He was polite and clear in his instructions to me and explained what he would do and what I needed to do very clearly and calmly. He had the cab nice and warn which I was grateful for having been out in the cold. Jake did his job very well but was also personable without being over chatty and pally. He recovered my vehicle to my local garage and when I told him what had happened to my car and asked his opinion on what was possible wrong he gave that without being over confident. He is an exceptional member of your team and you should give him a good bonus this Christmas!

First time I've ever had to use breakdown cover but the Beast from the East took my battery away. Got a notification that I had to wait for a few hours. I was concerned over this as I needed to pick my son up from Nursery. However I got a call from Jake very early to say he's on his way. He got my car going again. Managed to get the battery replaced with just enough time left to pick him up my son. Very friendly service.

What a wonderful family business!! Thy recovered us from the M5, within 15 minutes and took us to their unit. We met the family pooch and mrs Hicks and one of the daughters. They towed us back to South Wales and were very chatty and friendly. Leah, the daughter came with us for a ride to keep her mum company. They are lovely people, extremely friendly and I would recommend them to any service user in the area.

I was so impressed with the service from Eurotow. I had a slow puncture and ended up with a flat tyre on the M5 motorway stuck on the hard shoulder. I did a Google search for roadside recovery and Eurotow came up on the search. Jake came to the rescue and replaced the tyre with the spare in the boot all in about 1hr and 10mins. Mark, and latterly son Jake have promptly repaired and serviced my car to a five-star standard over several years. All since being recovered quickly from a dangerous bend, stranded at the side of a busy A road. I'd made my distress call to the AA just a short time earlier. I can speak for one of my neighbours also. When his 4 x 4 broke down it was recovered, repaired and he received the same family’s friendly service. He told me afterwards, “it was cleaned and looked like new when I fetched it!” My wife too always appreciates her car being returned gleaming after such expert service and close attention.
