These places can sometimes get bad rep becusse of other branches, and as I was given a free MOT I must admit I was expecting a fail and a list of work needed. However, the guys there were efficient, helpful and pragmatic as well as friendly and knowledgeable. The place is clean, tidy and well presented, maybe a tad small for somewhere the size of Worcester but that's not their fault. Although the MOT was a failure (no front plate as I forgot it, my own fault) the guys let me bring it when collecting the car and retested once I'd fitted it (they offered to do that too for me). The timing was well kept and I'd be happy to go there again as well as recommend to others.

I took my car in for MOT. I previously spoke on the phone to the manager when I booked my car in the day before. I was impressed with how quickly I could book my car in. Kevin the manager also met me at the store. He was polite and welcoming and immediately put me at ease. He explained the procedure and I left my car there. When he later telephoned me with work that needed to be done, he was completely honest about what could be left and what needed my attention sooner rather than later. He went out of his way to source the parts needed, photocopy any documents I took down, and he then had the car ready to be picked up earlier than I had asked. Very polite and helpful staff. However please check what work you’re being recommended to have. As a result of work required for MOT, I was advised I needed a suspension arm at a cost of £200. It was only after I asked the sales manager to check my work PREVIOUSLY, that I discovered I’d already had it done at the same garage and WITHIN the 12 month guarantee. Hence my curiosity saved me £200!!

Attendance and greeting was professional and clean with correct social distancing in place although staff felt no need to wear face coverings anywhere in the property. Time estimate for the work was bang on and was contacted when job was complete. only minus as that seat was not put back in original position when works done so no real problems after I had cracked my head on the door frame.

Initially, tyres different to those I had ordered were fitted to my car, but once I realised and contacted the manager Chris, he was very apologetic and arranged for the correct order to be fitted. When I came into the branch Will again apologied and I went off for a coffee whilst the tyres were fitted. These things can happen, it was 4 tyres of the same brand Bridgestones.
