Very efficient service, called up in hope to book a service and MOT, was booked in within a few days. Was dealt with by Lee the Manager, couldn’t do enough for me, was booked in quickly, advised on cost, Lee’s customer service was excellent, with his friendly welcoming approach, and the car went in garage on time, Lee is clearly an asset to Kwik Fit! Will highly recommend.

Very professional, highly recommend I was towed by the AA to the garage in the early hours of the morning, having had a blow out on the motorway the evening before. Very honest team, thank you very much! My tyres looked as if they were due for replacement very soon so I had a look around online, Kwik Fit came up cheapest. I went in to ask how much longer I could get away with, expecting 2-4 weeks, if anything. They turn around and said there's still almost 3mm tread left, which would take months to wear down based on my weekly mileage. He done himself out of immediate business but has definitely gained our future business for a long time.

I visited Kwik Fit in Worcester on Saturday 25.12.2021 as I needed a wheel balancing. I was travelling from Bristol Airport to West Yorkshire and the front passenger tyre was giving me a problem as it was vibrating when driving the vehicle over 50mph. The staff there were brilliant and balanced the wheel for me. I found the staff very professional and extremely helpful and they did not even charge me for this service. I would highly recommend this place. 5 star service

I discovered a tear in the wall of a tyre and they replaced it and another the same day. Very efficient. Of course I don’t know whether it really needed replacing, whether they both did, and if I could have got them cheaper elsewhere … but with service this quick and helpful, I was prepared to pay a a bit off a premium. I needed 4 Goodyear Run Flat tyres for a BMW 5 series, and went online to pre-order the tyres and book an appointment for the work. As I ordered four tyres, the order was discounted by 10% which was a pleasant surprise. The tyres were changed within 2 hours, the socket for the locking wheel nut was returned to the boot, the BMW valve caps refitted and the tracking carried out on the nearside front wheel which I had 'curbed' earlier. All the team I spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. I did not need much persuasion to buy a Kwik Fit Run Flat tyre warranty which means Kwik Fit will replace any tyre during the next 12 months which sustains a puncture. Run Flat tyres cannot be repaired! Great products, standards and staff. Would highly recommend.

After a service at the local Peugeot dealer i was advised i needed 4 new tyre and 2 brake discs. Unnerved byt the prices offered by Peugeot i went to Kwik Fit where i was advised that in fact i only needed two new tyres. The rear tyre were fine and nothing wrong with the brake pads. Absolute top service. I blew a tyre outside my workplace and couldn't get a mobile fitter today. I called kwikfit to see if I could bring my tyre down somehow and they offered to come out, take my blown tyre off, take it back and change it, return and refit it, because I work at a school and am useless when it comes to cars. Not only did they deliver a thorough and prompt inspection on the car - spotting a couple of important advisor matters...they also offered me the use of an umbrella (it was pouring and I'd forgotten mine) which was a huge help as I needed to walk into town. I have had several issues with my car recently and the guys have sorted everything out quickly, and at a reasonable cost. Everyone I have dealt with has been polite, friendly and helpful. For example, was particularly impressed when I took my car in without advance warning to the team, one Saturday at 10 am, thinking I would possibly be without it for a few days following an incident with a pot hole, which had seriously affected the steering. Within an hour, I had a call to say it needed a new wishbone. They ordered the part, and I had the car back by 3 pm. Can’t tell you how impressed I am with the service.

Helpful friendly staff, got the job done pronto and professionally! Dropped the car in at 9am, took them around 30-40mins to change both back tyres and wheel balancing. What was nice was that I popped the car in a couple of days before to see if I could get the tyre repaired, they checked it there and then and recommended me to change the tyre with a quote of how much, there was no pressure to buy the tyre and they said to check out the website for any other pricing. Within 30 minutes we were back on the road with a new tyre on. This was after wasting 40 minutes in Halfords nearby who couldn’t see the problem.
