I had fantastic service at Kwik Fit Worcester city walls. Lance was polite and courteous and gave me objective advice about my vehicle. Collection was prompt and the car was ready, the paperwork literally took a few moments. The things that were wrong with my car will explain to me and photographs emailed. I was really impressed. Service was amazing, I rang kwik fit asking if they could replace my exhaust as when driving to uni it fell off and was dragging across the floor. Within 10 minutes of the phone call Dave came and rescued me. He made it safe for me to drive to kwik fit where he fitted the new part quickly and efficiently. However, during this time the dealer who supply’s all the new parts couldn’t make it and drop it off same day so another of kwik fit staff members went out personally and collected it to ensure I could get home to Redditch that evening. Overall 10/10 service couldn’t recommend enough.

The guys took great care of me and my VRS Estate. I thought I had a problem tyre as I had a vibration coming back from Evesham. One of the mechanics took it out and couldn't get the same problem. Even then, they took my word, and lifted it up off the wheels to check each wheel and tyre for any possible problems. Nothing was found, except for a slight disc rub,which could have got hot and caused the vibration. But since then, it has not repeated the fault. Thank you for believing an d man who was worried he had a problem, and yet didn't give me any of the usual banter just to get rid of me, even though they were busy. Thank you for your help guys. My car got recovered here late at night following a popped tyre after work. I came in the following morning to get my tyre fixed, luckily they managed to squeeze me in and fit 2 new tyres for me there and then. They did it super quick and were so good which meant I could carry onto my shift (I work for the NHS and couldn’t get the day off short notice). Could not recommend them enough. Dave on the front desk was brilliant and got it all sorted for me! Really accommodating and highly recommend them.

A massive shout out to Dave and Kev at Kwik Fit Worcester (City Walls). I'll put you in the picture....we were travelling from Sidmouth to Kidderminster on M5. Alerted that we have a tyre that is losing pressure. We stopped at a couple of service stations to add air, it was clear that the rate of loss was accelerating and we wouldn't make it home. We had a car full of stuff which would require emptying to access the compressor under the boot lining. Anyway, to cut a long story short we made our way to Kwik Fit to seek assistance. We weren't expected, they were busy, they were short staffed, they were tired (pun intended), they were bloody brilliant is what they were. We were lucky. The inner edge of our problem tyre was worn through the cord and part of the steel mesh. It was about to part company, no mistake about it. Couldn't believe what a dangerous state the tyre was in. Dave was excellent, he has done us a MASSIVE favour, potentially he has saved our lives. Literally saved our lives. He and his colleague Kev hadn't eaten all day, they didn't HAVE to help us. But they did. Tyre replaced. Back on the road. Back home safely. Everyone needs a Dave at some point in their life. Thanks Dave. Lifesaver.

I turned up with a Triumph TR6, which has a narrow body and chassis, and not able to be ramped as quickly as a modern car, but they took very good care of it- as if it was their own vehicle. They fitted four tyres expertly and (as requested) used a hand torque wrench to prevent damage to the chrome wheel nuts. My car was not running in tune either that day, but they were sympathetic, polite and courteous throughout. I have used Kwik Fit for tyres and exhausts for decades in various locations, and I have never found a more friendly team anywhere than in Worcester. Well Done Kwik Fit Carden Street!

I rarely write reviews but they deserve this one. I visited this branch three times recently during the lockdown for tiny but worrying problems on my car. They fixed one problem, tested and advised for another and checked details for an exhaust on the third. They never charged a penny so it gave me great pleasure to have my exhaust replaced by them. Poor things ... in 16 years and 180k miles, this was the first replacement and it took a large effort. Perfect job and a very fair price too. I won’t say how much they paid me for this review ...! Joking of course and great and friendly service with tyre replacements.

Have been using this Kwik Fit for 4 years now and I am really impressed with them. Really polite, friendly and professional and good prices. I took my Smart Car to them last Monday for an MOT, which it failed, they were great at helping me get it all sorted then this morning they did a retest (it passed) just by turning up first thing and fitting me in. And thet staff were great, again really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend !

Had to visit here when our exhaust started rattling and making lots of noise en route home to London. On a Sunday when they seemed very busy they advised that they wouldn’t be able to replace anything as they didn’t have exhaust parts but they’d take a look and try and make it safe. We had a wander in town and they called quicker than expected to say it had snapped through so they had removed it in full and we would be able to drive it home at least. When we collected the car they didn’t even charge us for the work, which however minor is still unexpected and very good. Very friendly service.

Great service. Had to call in on a Sunday on my way past because of a puncture that happened as I drove through Worcester. Didn't have to wait very long before my car was looked at, perhaps 20 minutes, and the tyre was in fact torn, podsibly just from turning a couple of corners on my way in. Luckily I pulled over in the same road as this branch! Kwik Fit changed the wheel for my spare so I could leave the wheel with them. Used the online booking system to get a good deal on a new tyre and returned the following day to swap them back over. All very efficient, all very easy, and all very polite. Got me out of a tight spot and I didn't even get my hands dirty! All in all a complete coincidence that I used Kwik Fit in Carden Street and the service I received was excellent. The coffee they gave us was very welcome.

If buying tyres, definitely worth checking online offers as we saved nearly £200 booking & purchasing a set of tyres with them online, when we rang to try & book with this offer we were told they couldn't match it booking by phone & we'd need to do it all online - bit odd but not a problem & definitely worth doing! Manager is very helpful & knows his stuff. Waiting area is nicely situated if you want to sit & wait, we however walked into Worcester & collected our car when we were ready.
