Mini Countryman clutch fail but not obvious why. Lowes went about fault finding in a logical step by step manner in classic Good Practise approach, and kept me sufficiently well informed of progress. James May would have approved! On that basis, and the fact that the clutch feels better now than it ever was from new ('64 reg), I thoroughly recommended Lowes for your car repairs.

First class service from Lowe's garage - just had to put a review on. Best mechanics we have used in Worcester without a doubt, kept us informed throughout - we had a serious issue that was quoted a huge amount of money from another mechanic - Lowe's did it for a fraction of the cost as didn't replace parts just for the sake of it. I booked my wifes car in for a major service and MOT. I did this because I have used Lowe's garage for a number of years for my motorcycle MOT,s and good recommendations from various people. The only thing I found a bit irritating was the original price quoted had gone up by £40. I have just collected my car after having a tow bar with electrics installed. From the beginning the service I have received has been efficient and professional, they were able to book me in at short notice and have completed the work to an exceptional standard and at a fair and competitive price. On collecting my vehicle the staff were polite and helpful despite it being the end of a long day! :) I can thoroughly recommend them.

Always use lowes for the maintenance of our vehicles. Know there stuff and honest - a rare breed with today's you tube mechanics that only know what a computer tells them! Great for tow bars too and a coffee!

Used lowes many times for MOT on our family vehicle. Always do a very good job. They also fitted our removable tow bar to our vw touran which looks perfect when not in use hidden away. Great guys and well worth the trip from kidderminster to use them.

Excellent! Tops! Lester is a legend. If you go to a main dealership for your car you get the full shiny floor, pretty receptionist, yes sir no sir three bags full service. And yet, still feel the whole thing is impersonal and fake. I had driven up from London on the Friday evening when the rear brakes started scraping. I phoned Lowes around nine on the Saturday looking for help. At first Lester said they were too busy but realising my dilemma he said to get the car there and he'd get it done. It needed two discs with pads and one new calliper. Only cost me £215. Sincerely impressed.
