Splendid service that was professionally handled by Jordan and Chris. Whereby, the mechanic Jordan was very friendly and extremely helpful as he diagnosed my old Mercedes and instantly identified the issue that two other garages could not. I had a problem with my Mazda 6 so I called St John's garage. They told me to bring it in for them to have a look at. They fixed it there and then as it wasn't a major issue. I was helped by one of the garage mechanics called Kane who was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this garage to anyone who needs help with their car.

After being rescued when my car broke down, I called the garage to pick it up from my house and repair it. They responded very quickly and within a few hours of pick up they informed me what was wrong with it, the estimated cost and how long it would take. I expressed that I needed my car for the weekend and Jody went the extra mile and made sure it was ready in time for me, even with adding in my MOT aswell. I couldn't fault this service, they were extremely efficient and trustworthy and I would return here for any problems with my car in future.

I can recommend Chris and team most warmly.They sorted out the problem with my car's sensors in no time and before 800am! I had the car serviced and MOT'd at St John's a few weeks ago and found them friendly, thorough and honest. Chris said that I didn't need new brake pads yet as there was still plenty of life in them. This is the best, most professional, friendly garage that I have ever used. I know being a local to St Johns that you don't tend to go far from your doorstep, and this is the reason why. I am not overly clued up about cars & the mechanics, however any question I might have, the staff are always happy to explain/discuss. I use them for my MOT and even if it is bad news, they deliver it in such a compassionate way & discuss options open to you. Luckily it was all good news this time-YAY!! Had the pleasure of dealing with Matt and Chris today - a blocked DPF filter so needed a forced regen. Having had my sons car serviced previously at the Seat dealership, I followed previous reviews and had a major service done here. They only did what was required, what they DID do improved the performance immeasurably, and it runs much better. Good value for money, and trustworthy service. I also had front and rear dash cams hardwired into my wifes Abarth a few days later, which I had purchased elsewhere. Again the work was done without fuss and to a high standard. Very trustworthy garage able to tackle any jobs needed. Well worth using . Also an MOT centre.

I have been using St Johns Garage now for about 5 years for all our vehicles.I recently had a problem with my Mk 2 focus ST.Chris & Rob couldn't have been more helpful.They explained the options & the cost straight away.It turned out to be more than one fault.Chris kept me updated of the the work being done on a daily basis.I have had the car back for 4 weeks now & covered roughly 500 miles.The car now runs far better than when i first had it.I cant recommend their services highly enough.The price i paid was a quarter of what i would have paid a ford main dealer.I would never even think of taking any of my vehicles anywhere else.Absolutely first class & superb customer service.

Great service and very helpful staff. My front suspension went at 10am on Saturday. I was really panicked as I knew they closed at 1pm and I needed the car to go to the airport on Monday. I rang them and they told me to take it straight round. They quickly diagnosed the problem and agreed to fix it that day. If your looking for an honest bunch of guys then look no further ,had the run around from a few garages in Worcester over the past few years ,the guys here know what they are doing ! Needed an MOT and service and they fitted me in 2 days earlier than I'd scheduled when an engine management light flashed up . Dropped the car off at 11 ,they kept me up to date on progress and issues and didn't rip me off with the invoice when I went to collect after work . You can carry on reading all the great reviews below mine but I'd say just pick the phone up ,get your car booked in and you won't be disappointed .10/10 I will definitely be back .

The SERVICE they provide is SECOND TO NONE. My car broke down on Christmas Day with power steering failure. I contacted them on Boxing Day via social media to find out when they were open again. Rapid response and told me they reopened on 2nd Jan. However, they offered to open up just to get me a courtesy car which they did and collect my car on 2nd. Thankyou Matt and to all your team. My car broke down on the way to our holiday in England (we were 2.5 hours into the 4.5 hour journey! 😭) unfortunately it wasn’t an easy quick solution and they did their very best to help - even stayed on longer than their closing time to try and get the car fixed for us to be on our way! But when it wasn’t looking promising, they then let us use their courtesy car for the week to get us on our holiday! Would highly recommend the garage!
