m. t.Spoke to Katy at vw about a problem I had with an oil leak. Previous place couldn’t identify it. Brought it in straight away and fault was identified within half an hour. Booked for later that week and picked her up today.
Katy, Steve and all the technicians have been nothing but brilliant. Katy kept me in touch through the whole process. I’ve found a home for my van to be looked after now and I’m so relieved. Thankyou to all of you at Worthing jcb. Just brilliant.
