Fantastic customer experience. My Mercedes’ developed a fault while on holiday in the area. Despite being fully booked they look at the car to check it was OK to drive. As it wasn’t I was provided phone numbers of other garages in the area to try. They even filled up the washer bottle, all for no charge. Thanks to Michael for a great experience.

John Haynes Mercedes completed the annual service on my 2015 E350 saloon. As per normal, David and the team delivered again. Excellent price but far more importantly, the service is impeccable. Dropped the car off, left for the day, job done and the car was valeted prior to collection. Puts most MB Main Dealers to shame. So glad to have found this garage. A very pleasant drive from Horsham and well worth the trip. They know Mercedes cars inside out and it shows in their knowledgeable and professional approach. After being let down about by a couple of garages I got exactly what my car needed here at a very fair price: Investigation of an engine fault light (which another garage had previously failed to identify and find) duly found the fault explained it and fixed it. A split hose that was affecting the boost actuator or intercooler or some such awesome bit of German engineering. Lubrication of the Panoramic Interior Roof blind. Investigated and fixed a badly fitted brake pad which was scraping the bake disk on full lock. Changed the gear box oil. Fitted two new running lights and charged less than quoted as it was a quicker job than expected. My lovely Mercedes feels like a new car and actually looking forward to dealing with the garage again because they have instilled a very high level of trust through their expertise and excellent service! And by the way they gave me a very respectable courtesy car while they looked after mine. It's no surprise this business has been going since 1964 the only surprising thing is they haven't expanded to take over the entire industry with their rare and wonderful service delivery. I initially instructed J. Haynes to carry out a complete inspection and report on our fundamentally sound, but mechanically tired Mercedes 280SL. The report was extremely thorough and Simon Haynes was happy to answer my questions and discuss ways forward. We have had most of the work carried out in two phases, primarily - (1) fuel injection and tuning, and (2) suspension, steering & braking, plus a number of other minor works to improve the car. An itemised quote for labour and parts was provided for all work, and parts were ordered and paid for in advance of taking the car in. This meant that the works were carried out very quickly and efficiently. The car now runs and drives beautifully. Many thanks to the J Haynes team.

Very impressed with John Haynes Mercedes very professional service with good pricing! David was really helpful and I found it much nicer to deal with an independent garage rather than a main dealer. Would highly recommend for anyone with a Mercedes or similar vehicle. They also checked a concern I had with my car and found a fault which they seem to have sorted out (fingers crossed!) This was all done free of charge!! They also took the time to wash my car which I didn't expect and I must admit was done really well!! Will not be talking my C63 anywhere else for future maintenance and repairs. Very happy customer.
