I booked my car in for an MOT which was aborted. They phoned me straight away and explained the situation. I left the vehicle with them, with not booking an appointment, for them to resolve the situation to get the car through an MOT and within less than 48 hours, I received a call to say that they had resolved all the issues complete with a new MOT. Fast and friendly service. Would totally recommend. Well done guys and thank you.

The Worthing branch of MOTEST couldn’t be more helpful. Despite our car failing it’s MOT on a faulty headlight cluster, which could not be adjusted. Karren the receptionist gave us the details of a second hand online company that got me replacement in 2 days. When the light was delivered, MOTEST fitted us in next day for a retest. They fitted the light, at a very reasonable price and the car then passed. Excellent service and a more pleasant team you could wish to meet.

Absolutely brilliant service from the staff here. My first visit was at extremely short notice (forgot to book my MOT) and they managed to book me in the next day. I was so impressed that I booked another appointment for some other work that needed doing. The service I received on both visits was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. Just had my car mot'd today and very pleased with the service. I've used them before and was sent a useful reminder a few weeks ago. I booked the test for this morning at 8 but I thought it was half past. As they are so busy karen on reception said the next available slot was Friday. I left the car with them in case they had a cancellation. Luckily for me they did and at 12 o'clock I spoke to karen who said the car was tested and ready for collection. Very pleased as due to my own fault I thought I was going to be without a car for a few days. I've used the mechanic here for years and they truly are honest and reliable. They will give you advice rather than just cracking on and generating a bill. Thanks for looking after my car for another year guys.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I had left my MOT until the last minute (again) it was due on the Monday but I managed to find a space on the Saturday before. Friendly and helpful staff and the car passed its MOT (which is always a bonus )🤩
