Just come to get the number and suprise suprise Michelle has left a bad review! Is there any company that you don't have something bad to say about! Perhaps they were not EXCUSES (thats how it is spelt by the way) and atleast you was being informed about the progress, at any point you could have said you would take the car else where to be repaired. Next time go to Quick fit, who will do the work within the hour and charge you 10x the amount Tony would!! Why should he apologies to you for things that are out of his control. Do you go around apologising to people about the weather????? Being short staffed is a common problem most companies will come across at times. Eugene - Tight, mean and greedy really?! Its been a successfully run business for over ten years!! Also happens to have a very high customer retention rate!! I am very certain that they were not the cause for your radiator blowing out. I'm also sure if the car was driven it was for a perfectly good reason - IF it was driven. Unless you drive a bentley continental GT then im sure they was just doing their job. Which may i add the owner could own a vast amount of these if he wanted to, so wouldn't allow his staff to joy ride in your car!!!!!! Is it any wonder he was cross at you for not wanting to pay the money! Its a garage that charges reasonable prices for their services. Its not a free repairs garage for people that are to tight to pay out!! Amazing what lengths people go to just to try and get things done for free!! Im sure the company will have a whole different take on both these 'incidents' Go somewhere else rather than slandering Tonys business, who works tirelessly to make his business every bit of the SUCCESS IT IS!! He goes above and beyond to make people happy. I know 100% He would not have had a 'arsy' attitude or been rude to anybody without having good reason!!

Have been going to Sovereign motors for years as well as my Dad and Grandad before him. Always been really helpful and good value for money. Now I am also taking my driving school car to them for all the servicing and repairs. Highly recommended

Had a problem with limp mode on my car and fault codes generated in ECU, took it to Sovereign and the guy there checked it out for me no asking for payment; reset the warnings and then same happened took it back checked out the ECU again with code reader and found the problem was something I had done ...again on second visit no asking for money to check diagnostics. That's customer service! will be using Sovereign from now on

Ignore the guy below I've been going to this garage for 12 years and they are top notch honest guys ! They have a living to make to so I think they charge fair price !! I would not take my car any where else !!
