I ran into a big issue with my car when I was trying to come home from my holiday in Brighton, I live 4 1/2hrs away. I urgently needed a clutch replaced so I could get home for work asap. I rang up and had nothing but great communication, the woman on the phone (I’m sorry I forgot your name) was lovely and very helpful who said they could get it done the following day (baring in mind any other garage I rang didn’t have availability until the following week). Managed to get the car into the garage and they quoted me a guaranteed price, all staff I saw there were absolutely great & I felt like my car was in very safe hands. I expected my car to take all day (the following day) to get done with it being a rather big job, considering all the other work they had going on with other customers as well…I gave them a call about 3:30pm and they had just finished it and were happy to let the car back on the road. I got a text from them how to pay online, which I did right away, very easy and simple, received proof of payment afterwards on my phone. I made my way back to the garage with my girlfriend and again the staff were lovely and we felt welcomed right away, they had my receipt ready and printed off with what work had been done, along with a stamp on it which confirmed I payed over the phone. Managed to get home only one day later than expected, the situation could of easily been a lot worse (and cost more if it came to it) and overall only had to miss one day of work. I cannot thank everybody enough at Swift Motor Services, they were all amazing and did a great job at getting my car fixed and ready as quickly as they did! I would very highly recommend giving them a call or popping down to their garage if ever need be, they’ll 100% take good care of you. 5*!

Swift motors are a fab friendly and reliable garage that offer a wide range of services. I have my little 20 year old car MOT and serviced there every year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over the years I’ve had a few things done and every time it’s been the same excellent service, they are always happy to answer questions and double check things. Family run and excellent reliable service and value for money, I would highly recommend them for all car repairs, services and MOT’s.

Excellent company. They have saved me a few times now in repairing motorhomes last minute. Staff are really friendly and the prices they charge are very fair and honest. They have quoted me before and I have agreed the price, then when I go to pick up the price has been reduced as it took less time than expected. You don't see that sort of honesty in many businesses these days!

Am a bit disappointed in the service since the Station Road branch closed. I've used them for many years but this time I asked for a vehicle repair and I was basically told they wouldn't even look at it as they don't have the diagnostic equipment. The person who did fix it didn't have specialist diagnostic equipment either. He did a visual inspection and there was an obvious hole in a hose. A bit sad but I'll be using the new guy now. Did trust them and always had good service at Station Road

Seems to be one of the only places to get a large van looked at in Worthing. But slightly more expensive than others in neighboring areas I found to plug in for a test. So did not use them in the end this time. But helpful and friendly staff I would use another time though as seemef very professional company.

They've been nothing short of amazing!!!! We've been using swift for about 5 years anyway, but on Thursday after the garage had officially closed we started leaking fuel heavily, not only did they answer the phone and stay open until we could arrive, they kept the office open until someone could come and rescue us and squeezed us in for a big repair the next day even though they were fully booked so that we wouldn't miss our holiday. The service is incredible and so are the people. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

During the snowy weather on 1st March my car had a flat battery at Morrison’s car park, a full weeks shopping and family in tow. Excellent Friendly Helpful Competitive and above all Honest. I have been using the services of this family run business for over two years, I had my Citroen Dispatch van serviced and checked over for any faults after purchsae, unfortunately it did have a number of problems including:- Brake discs and shoes, new battery, replace roll bar, replace worn tyres, new clutch needed, plus a number of other items. Boyd the garage manager had all the items priced as reasonably as he could, he also prioritised all the jobs from urgent to maybe later so I didn't have to find hundreds of pounds straight away. I have been so impressed with the work and service I won't go anywhere else now, I also take my vehicles to be MOT'd and serviced regularly in the knowledge they won't rip me off. Used this garage for many years. They have always been reliable and have a very friendly way about all their staff. This is important to me and can’t always be found in other garages! Their online booking system,confirmation of appointment, reminder of appointment and paying online is great for me. If this isn't your thing it can still all be booked etc by phone or in person.
