D.Very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable bunch. They explained the problem with my van fully so that I was able to make an informed decision, along with detailed estimates.
Staff also made me aware that as a disabled driver I am entitled to a v.a.t. exemption, which was a very pleasant surprise, and they walked me through the necessary paperwork.
I dropped the van off on the Friday, they kept me updated on progress, it was done & ready to collect by Monday afternoon, AND came in below estimate!
