Just want to say a big thank you to Mark and C&M Auto Services. Never used them before. Car went in for service and MOT. Although it failed, Mark was very professional and sent a quote by email immediately giving us the choice of either letting them do the work or not. When I looked at the costs, including 2 new tyres, I knew the rates and prices were fair. Without hesitation, I asked him to complete the work and re-test the car. All done yesterday and delivered back to our house after 7pm. And just to go one step further, they washed it as well! The times I have spent talking to garages and getting a response that sounded like they were doing me a favour and not the other way round. Well not this time. Excellent communication and first class service all round. Thank you so much. No intention of going anywhere else.

Brilliant garage. I phoned to see if they could do an MOT and they said they could and when I arrived at the garage I asked for a quote for a service and MOT and asked if they could also do this service today. They said they can. I was more than happy with the quote so I left them to do the work required. Within a couple of hours the work was carried out. I paid the bill went outside to my car and they also washed it for me. Great friendly and very helpful garage. I'll definitely use and recommend them. Very professional. Donald Stewart.

I have been using C and M Auto Services for 5 or 6 years and I can’t fault them. They are always really helpful and give excellent advice and service. I have had some awful experiences in the past with garages but the guys at C and M are amazing - no sharp intake of breath here!! If there were 10 stars I’d award them 10! I've been using CandM for over 7 years now and I honestly can't say anything bad about them. They know me and my cars and have ALWAYS done right by me. It's the same guys that have worked there the entire time I've used them which says a lot about the owners and the teams passion for what they do for their community of local car drivers. Their rate is very fair and because they all know so much about about so many different cars they don't waste time doing the work. I really feel like a valued customer. The work is of a high standard, well priced and completed within a great time frame. Hire cars are available as are comfy sofas, free tea, coffee and Sandwichs!
