Bought my car a month ago and when it arrived it wasn’t in great condition. The front bumper was scraped and dented, and the boot had a rusty stone chip. Took it to these guys and not only are they the most reasonable priced company, but they finished my car in a day and a half, which is quicker then I expected! The work is top quality, would recommend 100%

Refurbished 4 alloys for my BMW 320D convertible and removed 3 'trolly dents' from the drivers door. Alloys were kerbed and flaking. They offered a range of colours and I went for an M3 Grey. Can't rate them highly enough beat the next quote by a large margin and were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend getting a quote from them. Really pleased.

Wow.. what a fabulous company. These guys worked so so hard to make my car like brand new. Nothing was too much trouble and this service doesn't exist these days! They really care about doing a good job and have gone the extra mile! My car was six years old and in need of TLC with dents, scrapes, scratches inside and out. The deployable steps metal had come off and they brought them back to new. They repaired and cleaned the leather seats and interior, polished the scratched piano veneers inside, renewed the inside of doors, restored the alloys, full body polish and inside the storeage compartments, renewed the inside of the boot and parcel shelf, and basically inside and out left it in a showroom brand new condition! SO so happy and such a warm send off and kind bunch! The price was fair and good for the amount of work and time they spent on it and the guys you can see genuinely enjoy the thrill of seeing the cars look back to new. Claire on reception was fab and communicated at all times throughout. Felt so happy and excited driving off like a new car! SO so happy! Highly recommended!!!

Had my wheels refurbished, diamond cut, as I had kerbed the front two badly. The end result is fantastic, literally wasn’t expecting them to turn out so good. Don’t know how they compare on price as I used these guys because they are local and need the car/wheels for 3-4 days.

Called in on spec with a recently fitted tyre losing pressure due to a suspect cracked alloy from a BMW (a common problem). Wheel was checked by them and found to be nothing more than a leaky valve which was fixed whilst I waited at NO COST! Happy Days! Will put the money I've saved to a wheel refurb with them in the near future. Seem to be genuine guys and can't recommend them highly enough.

Over the last few years I have had 4 sets of alloys refurbished with Direct finish. A couple of sets of alloys just required powder coating but a couple of other sets had been kurbed so needed repair and coating. Every set of wheels they return are immaculate. The last set for my e92 m3 I decided to try a shadow chrome finish. The results are amazing. Great company and great staff can not recommend enough.

When I damaged an alloy wheel my insurance company arranged for the wheel to be repaired via Direct Finish. The service provided by Direct Finish was excellent, always keeping me informed of the work and giving me realistic time frames for how long things are going to take, I was really impressed. When it came to the work itself it was without fault, you'd never know the wheel had been damaged it's amazing quality work. They also advised me right away when they encountered a problem with my tire and worked with me again to claim on my insurance for the tyre replacement too, they were a real pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

Just a note of thanks from an extremely happy customer. After scraping my 3 month old Mercedes in a NCP car park at the weekend, I was gutted. A friend had mentioned you guys and after a short estimate you booked me in within a couple of days and had it fixed within a week…Brilliant!! I've had direct finish repair alloys on two cars I've owned and each time they've produced amazing results. I cannot recommend them enough, they're much cheaper than other places I've been to and they're level of detail and craftsmanship is unmatched. Don't even hesitate if you need your alloy repairing. Just go to them or they'll come to you.

Just had a crack in the dashboard of my E30 BMW repaired at Direct Finish (Nether Poppleton, York) who did a fantastic job! Completed while I waited, and a flawless finish ! Helpful and professional staff, good tea and very highly recommended! Honest, reliable and great value for money too!

Have used Direct Finish before but this is the first time that they have come and collected by Diamond Cut wheel. All booked for a Monday morning collection and they arrived on time and said they would return the wheel Thursday morning which they did at 7:45am The wheel is as good as new and you wouldn't know it had been repaired. These guys are very good at what they do and are always a pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend them highly enough

Pleasure to deal with from start to finish, had my car vandalised so obviously not hoping to spend a bomb to rectify but they sprayed two panels and blended into adjoining panels for a very reasonable price for what is a difficult colour, best price I had found after lots of searching, including over £700 cheaper than another well known garage. I was told by another garage that my calipers I had acid dipped and painted here,, we're not prepared correctly and not finished with the correct heat proof finishong lacquer it should. I'm resulted in chipped calipers, no more than 1 month after being done. At a cost over £500. The wheels however are very well done, can not fault them.

A cracked alloy discovered by Halfords during a four tyre change. With three hours to go until I had to pick up a birthday cake, collect my girlfriend and daughter from Leeds and drive to Brighton for my mothers 80th Birthday, I was on the verge of panic. Thanks to Halfords for phoning around for me, and the guys and gals from Direct Finish, I was back on the road in less than 3 hours. Thank you so much for fixing my wheel same day, for your friendly service and extremely reasonable cost :-)
