I have used Fulford auto services on a few occasions now and couldn't recommend them higher. First of all, what really stands out is the high level of service and friendliness the team offer. And on top of that they always want to give you the best deal possible and save you money where they can. They have also always gone out of their way to look after us. Every time I have dealt with them they have exceeded my expectations. They are always busy but always seem to be able to fit us in and deal with any issues effectively and quickly.

My car was starting to show signs of needing a service and after speaking with Pete previously about a squeaking issue, he had me booked in within a week. Dropped my car off first thing and it was ready to collect just after lunch with 3 New tyres, oil filter, squeaking brakes attended to and a full service Peter and team were very polite throughout and were always happy to answer questions or just have a small chit chat. I would highly reccomend to anyone needing anything done.

Fixed 7 bulbs in 30 mins same day as called in. Good price,great value, honest garage

Had an issue with squeaking when driving at low speeds. Took it in and they replaced a caliper, but that didn't resolve the issue. Took it back and they managed to resolve it and did it free of charge. Can't complain and very happy it's finally sorted. Definitely recommend. Great customer service not to charge extra when I brought it back.

After calling around a few places for repairs on my car, I have finally one that I feel I can totally trust now. I have used this garage a couple of times now and I can honestly say I would highly recommended them. I have found them very honest, helpful, with good reasonable prices. They don’t rip you of and have done a repair on my window at the cost price of the materials. Pete was extremely helpful, and in the current climate - there are good people around.

Clutch gave in on the tuesday phoned around a few garages to get it sorted and everywhere was fully booked or way over priced! Got in touch with these guys and they got my car in on the Thursday morning. By 5PM they phoned to say it was ready! Well happy with there work and I will be going back for future repairs! 4 cars, 4 problems. All Sorted by Fulford Auto Services. The first issue was a simple puncture on my wife's Mini. New tyre ordered, fitted and ready to go same day at a great value price. Second issue was an MOT and rear discs and pads for a Porsche. Once again, no fuss, all done and turned around in a day. My daughter had a fan belt break due to a seized pully on her Fiat 500. Car dropped off, job done, pully replaced. Excellent. And while we were there, a faulty battery for an old BMW Z3 was charged, tested and replaced under warranty without fuss. I have used Fulford Auto Services for quite a few years and they are consistently helpful, great value and flexible. A great team.

I've known Pete and his team for just over 3 years. 30 years as a motorist and I have to say with a shadow of doubt, they are the best garage I have ever used. They are friendly, honest and competent, what more could you ask from a garage? They don't have fancy waiting rooms, however they also don't charge fancy prices, instead they offer expectional value. Great to find a garage that only fixes what needs fixing.

Being new to the area, didn’t quite know which garage to take my van to. Glad I took it to these guys. Had a funny ticking noise when I were to rev past 15000 rpm. These guys were approachable and friendly and diagnosed the problem with in five minutes and had a quote for me within ten minutes. Even with there busy schedule, they managed to get the work done the next day. I’m very thankful and shall have to make this garage my local

Great service and price! My wife's car failed its MOT at York MOT requiring a replacement ball joint. Unfortunately the locking wheel nut wouldn't release so unable to change track control arm ourselves! Dropped in without a booking at 8.00 this morning asking if they could remove the locking wheel nuts and replace the track control arm and drop it back to York MOT for retest! Guy at the counter was unsure as to when it would be ready but would hopefully get it done today! Have had a phone call 3 hours later to say car was all done and test paperwork was all done. Fantastic service and for £54 including vat (we supplied the track control arm) was an absolute life saver!! Thank you guys for a terrific service! We will be using you again in the future!

I started using this garage after they kindly donated a number plate bulb when my car was in for a mot around the corner, since then have always been impressed by their flexibility, teamwork , workmanship and honesty, words you don't hear a lot now a days about garages. They've just fitted an exhaust manifold to my golf, and was done in super quick time and at a very reasonable cost. Easy to get too no traffic problems parking ample , friendly staff , quick knowledge able don't ripe yer off , costs reasonable they don't say yer need this and that they look after yer really well , other top garages ripe yer off , and this garage is above them 10/10 best garage in UK I would say can't praise them enough , and I used to be a Rolls Royce mechanic , if all garages where like this we would not have to look around trust me every one this is the best , thanks should have top award for best garage

I take 3 company vehicles and my own car to Fulford Autos. I encourage all of my friends and colleagues to come here. The service is second to none. On numerous occassions they have gone way above and beyond to get a vehicle looked at and fixed in a rush. Why on earth would you go to any other mechanic? The 1 star reviews are so far from my experience, I can only assume they are confusing Fulford Autos for a different garage...

Saved me from my nightmare when my car failed it's MOT due to some bodywork issues, the garage I took it to were unable to fix. I called Fulford Auto Services and they were able to get me in on Saturday morning to fix and MOT my car before the MOT ran out. Will be using them going forward for my services and MOTs.
