I spoke with Eric when I checked my car in, he was friendly polite and professional. He called to say the car was ready but there was no rush and I should enjoy my day. Makes a huge change to deal with pleasant people. The team always service my BMW to a good standard and it saves me huge money against a main dealer price. Excellent 👌🏻
