At first glance the car we went to look at with a view to buying looked really good, clean, gleaming. It drove spot on after being jump started. Stood for a couple of months we were told. After driving we had a closer look. Whilst the paintwork seemed immaculate the off side lower panels were out of line slightly. We tried to open the rear off side door, which was electronic and it closed itself after opening a third of the way. When we went to chat to the salesman about it we were told quite coldly, there's no problem with it. The door opens perfectly. I would go and look again but I would also get an independent inspection prior to any purchase.

Popped in to look and see if there were any cars available for what I was looking for. Was met by a straight talking honest business owner and given the run down of the car and no pressure sales and was treated as any customer should be when I found a car I liked. Came back to test drive it and met by another member of staff who was as professional as ever but had to regrettably walk away as it wasn’t to our entire families taste. I would love to have purchased the car but maybe in future when one comes in we can all agree on I’ll definitely come back. If you’re looking for a good quality car with top class customer care look no further.

I bought my car from Top Gear garage last year. I was very nervous as it was my first time doing this. Adam couldn't have been more helpful and the car has been great. I took the car back for its service this year and was able to book in really quickly, I had a courtesy car free of charge and they finished the service really quickly. I couldn't fault their service in buying the car from them or using for a service. Both Kai and Adam are friendly, genuine and honest, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I bought my family car from these guys. Really kind and genuine family run business. I've had no promblems what so ever so far. I got a 3 month warranty and 12 months MOT. I was I bit nervous going to look at the car on my own with me being a women but they were very happy and very approachable guys made me feel at ease. i was told if I had any problems with the car to always go back there. If I was to ever change my car in the future I will definitely use this garage again. Really happy with my car 100% recommend and will go back in the future.

We have been taking our car here for nearly 2 years and the service has been outstanding. At the end of last year we decided to look for a second car. This was the first time I had bought a car without my dad's help and so I was nervous and worried about being ripped off. Bearing in mind the last car I purchased had been from a dealership in Lincoln and it had been a nightmare! Between Christmas and New Year 2016 we saw a car on Top Gear's website and, due to their good service on our other car, we went and had a look. I did not need to worry. Adam was absolutely fantastic. We took the car for a test drive and then went home to think about it. There was no hard sell, no pushing, which was great and a massive point in their favour. We decided to go for it. The car was fully serviced and MOT'd prior to collection. A couple of things needed doing and they were done before collection. In the last three months there have been a few teeny things, we phone Adam up and he takes a look, nothing is ever too much trouble. Adam's customer service is fantastic and he has maintained both our vehicles fantastically. We would recommend him to anyone. Thanks a lot Adam!

Highly Recommended for Custom Tuning / Mapping !! Superb attention to detail and an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I arrived to leaving with a BMW X5 with more power than I anticipated. They don't simply plug a laptop in and copy a program to your ECU. Your current program is sent via the internet and a custom program is returned! I have an additional 50 BHP and watched my MPG jump from 28 to 34 on a run up the A19. Seriously can not recommend these guys enough - absolutely superb !

Needed a cheap, reliable runabout to get me to work and back, decided to visit Top Gear Garage. Superb customer service and care from Adam and his team. Nothing too much trouble at all, Adam wants you to leave the forecourt 110% satisfied with your car. Full MOT, service, warranty and valet given as well as a cam belt change.
