Wonderful bespoke service! Really friendly and easy to work with, quick to respond to my queries for a custom design print which I needed for a special gift. Even went above and beyond and did some sewing for me to neaten up the t-shirt, adding the finishing touches to a great product. I have just received a beautiful, bespoke order from Emma. Although there are a lot of lovely baskets to choose from, I had a few items that I wanted to buy that were not in a standard basket and contacted Emma to see what she could do. She was very responsive to my messages, asking me to forward details of what items I wanted and offering ideas on how best to present them. The end result was more stunning that I had imagined it would be. She had my order finished so quickly and payment was very smooth, with Emma sending a payment page link as I had not ordered items directly through the website. Emma is very approachable and happy to provide as much or as little guidance as a customer needs. She clearly has a passion for what she does and puts love and care in to her work. I would highly recommend this company. I wanted 2 personalised elves for my Grandchildren which Emma was so kind to make possible for me. This is absolutely the place to go if you want an individually designed, created and put together gift for that special little someone, even if they’re a bit older. Emma created a beautiful handmade Christmas card for my granddaughter aged almost 6, who absolutely adored it. It’s really good to know that at this time of social distancing, Beautiful Baby Gift Baskets are there to make up and send out such gorgeous baskets.
