Kathy and Paul and phenomenal! I would highly suggest you go to their store for any of your children’s needs! My husband and I are from out of town so we ordered a few items from their store to be delivered to our place before we arrived. They delivered and kept us up to date with any issues they had. One we arrived we visited their store to purchase a buggy. Paul talked with us about our needs and helped us pick out the perfect one for our son. Will definitely be going back to them for any of our needs, they were great!

A great service from Paul at Kids Store. We placed an order online and received a call within a couple of hours from Paul explaining that not all of our order was available straight away. No problem. Anyway, today our son and daughter-in-law received 4 boxes with their pram and all the accessories. If you need to call this business they answer almost instantly and sort out any queries you may have. Thank you.

The service that we have received from Kids Store has been excellent. My husband and I fell in love with the Oyster 3, but we found it hard to get any concrete answers about availability from any shops near to us. We came across Kid Store online and noticed that they had stock of both colours we liked. I emailed and asked for confirmation of stock and a picture of the Pepper colour as I hadn’t seen this properly (and the colours often look different to the promotional pictures). Kathy responded promptly and with excellent advice and photos, which helped us to make a decision on the colour. I ordered the bundle, which was despatched the same day and arrived just two days later. Great online experience, we will definitely buy items from this website in the near future as it is nice to have found a site we can trust, with great customer service.

Staff were helpful, and although items took a little longer than if coming from silver cross England (they use Ireland as a supplier) items arrived within timeframe described and in great condition. Saved money too which was a bonus!

Fantastic prices and service, got the icandy peach from Kids Store in November, delivered within 3 days to Dublin, fast efficient and very helpful service...struggled with one piece of the set up and called Kathy in the store who guided me through it with ease (doh!).
