my kids loved this play and had lots of fun. perfect for a chill out moment after shopping and enjoying cup of tea while kids are having fun.

I had my sons party here in January and have also been to other kids party’s here since then. This is the most clean and safe soft play I have ever been to. The staff drop what there doing to serve you and they are amazing for kids party’s. They even cut they cake and light candles and sing happy birthday also bring drinks and there is plenty of good food at the party’s. On top of doing all this they are also serving food and drinks for people not part of the party’s. Also more kids then expected showed up at my sons party and they handled it brilliant always communicating with us and cooking more food for the extra children. Also all the staff are friendly and helpful even when really busy.

Brilliant toddler time sessions with the music lady. Also just had the best Santa experience ever and I've paid a lot for poor experiences elsewhere. A completely convincing Santa who took the time to make my child feel special. Moat amazing Santa ever!

It's clean and staff are friendly but they really don't have much at all for my just over 1 year old nothing to play with or on at all which Is a shame as this is a nice and clean environment

Only just moved to the area. The food is great value for money, however coffee could be warmer. The facilities for the Children are clean as are the toilets. The staff seem to always be wiping down and cleaning. We will return.

Fair price to get in, it's warm, good selection of food at a fair price, clean and the toilets don't smell. It's not the biggest play area, but it's acceptable for under 8 year olds. It's nice to pop in, to break up the shopping experience.

We took granddaughter for her 1st birthday. Booked a slot for 12.30pm it was a bit busy as kids off from school. Was disappointed as there were older children running around the 3 and under section, an older child almost fell over her. Dont think will be taking her again or until she's bigger.

Having a wonderful visit with our 6month old; everywhere is so clean and tidy! The owners have clearly put a lot of care and effort into the improvements that have been carried out over the last year. Staff are attentive and are clearly taking Covid seriously, so pleased with our choice to bring our baby here..will certainly be visiting again!

Got there early and it was clean, organised and fairly quiet which was great for a toddler. Had a nice cuppa and a sausage sarnie whilst the wee one played. She had great fun!

We always have a friendly welcome at scally wags. I booked a little party for my childminding children and a few other minders too. The children loved the food and ice lollies after. The host was very helpful too. I book scally wags 2 parties a year and always have a great time thank you to the staff.

Visit here regularly with my son as he enjoys it. Just a few things after visiting often, was concerned a few weeks back a child got out and had to be chased after by the parent. These sort of settings this shouldn't happen. Needs to be more gates/something to stop the kids wondering into areas that aren't safe like the toilets, counter/kitchen and check in/reception. Best thing I really have to rate is it's always very clean inside and outside of the play area

Certainly one of the regions best indoor play areas. The staff are tentative, Value for money for the time you can spend there and it's great that you get to see entertainers perform which is included in the door entry. Plenty of FREE parking too.Will be sure to visit again very soon.

We visited today with our two daughters (5yrs and 18mths). The whole area was lovely and clean, including all tables, play frame and toilets. They are currently limiting customer numbers so it was not too busy and the manager explained that things are cleaned between play sessions so it really felt as Covid-safe as possible. The staff were attentive without being overbearing and masks were being worn by all parents. We will definitely be visiting again soon!

Great place for the kids to play and socialise, let them run free in a safe environment, also they do toddler morning and have some entertainment on through the year, food is good although they mixed our orders up twice when we last went because the music is quite loud and you have to shout over the counter to order food and drinks

Lovely place, not too big. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our son is only one and does not walk yet so the toddler area was perfect and we knew he was safe. We were also allowed to go anywhere in the play area so he enjoyed going around with his dad as well. Everywhere was very clean and staff were cleaning constantly whilst we were there as it was around lunch time. Very good value for money as well couldn't have asked for more.

The cleanest and friendliest play centre I've ever been in. The covid measures made it feel really safe and good coffee to boot! Could've stayed there all day!

Great friendly staff, I only visit between 9-3 as it is a good price being £1.50. They actually clean the soft play which is rare for most sites. The singing lady is a great addition for the entrance fee. Toilets are a bit gross and the walls could do with a lick of paint.

I bring my daughter every week to Scallywags and it is by far my favourite soft play area to go to, in fact it's the only one we go to now as we love it so much. We see the singing lady every Wednesday and always have an amazing lunch there. The staff are so polite and friendly would 100% recommend! Great service!

Come to this place all the time, reasonably priced and generally a good soft play. However everytime we come there is no supervision in the baby play. Older children running around the baby section and hurting the babies. Even when I've mentioned this to staff, nothing changes. Think staff should be more on the ball with this. Food is not great in all honesty but is in a good location.

My nephew loved the Santa’s breakfast, the Santa was great and it wasn’t just in and out he spent time talking to the kids and made an effort! Demi one of the workers is lovely and made us a lovely got chocolate, really friendly girls and great soft play for toddlers!

I'm a little upset with the service I got for my daughter's party. While the food and staff were fine and prompt in terms of getting food out, cake out etc. It was the attitude of some of the staff: It was 1st June a very hot day and the air conditioning was broke - as you can imagine the children were bright red, hot and sweaty from running around and so were most of the adults. We had to keep asking for drinks to keep the children going - the room was so hot my mother (early 60s) had to keep going in and out and the staff just kept rolling their eyes when we mentioned fans or more drink. It's a shame that that has let you down. I don't think I will be booking another party there. We addressed this by ringing a manager who wasnt in until monday (it was Friday) who agreed to ring us back and we never heard back from them.

Been there numerous times with the kids and they've always enjoyed it. The food seems to be the only drawback. The staff seem pleasant and helpful and it is kept to a reasonable standard. For the price you pay to get in. I don't think its a bad deal at all.

I had few spare hours with my 2year old one in Birmingham and visited the place. Compared to two places we normally go to in our small town it was a bit small and crowded. A lot of place for the adults to sit. My little daughter liked it anyway.

For this early in the morning a warm welcome from staff. The drinks are fresh, hot food. Excellent play facalities too.Would recommend and use again. Kids are having a great time

It was a three day drive from base camp to get there, 5 men in a jeep. Two soldiers, a general and scruffy looking man in a well worn suit carrying a satchel. Only the driver knew the route they were taking, the last village was hours ago, wherever they were going was in the middle of the desert and it was nightfall soon. They eventually slowed to a stop next to a makeshift road block and six armed soldiers, they pulled the barbed wire coils aside and waved them through. The general gestured to the driver, "is this it?", "yes sir" he replied "my orders are to stop in half a mile and wait for further instructions" They could see the site as the driver finished his sentence, a camp of white tents with large floodlights, some military vehicles and all in front of the now illuminated remains of an old structure, a temple. "are you ready, doctor?" asked the general "yes, I'll need my bag", the doctor retrieved his rucksack and they walked into the tent outside the temple entrance. Lots of parking but not many parent and child places

This is one of the nicest softplays I have been to in a while, I love the booking system it means it's never too full. The food is lovely and the staff are so friendly, we've just got home with two very happy tired children, thank you guys will be back very soon! :)
