The place was nice for kinds, however there was not wo much options for kids to play with. There is a paid parking next door The staff were friendly as well.

My 17month old son loved this place. It wasn’t too packed and he enjoyed himself there. The good thing is there’s halal food as well! Enjoyed our time there. Going back there next week! Highly recommended

Very friendly staff. It's a good size soft play. There's a member of staff who will clean on interval which is good. Nice to see they care for the cleanliness of the place. Menu has a good variety. It's in town centre which is handy. If the kids get bored of shopping I just pop over to here for them to play for a while. They enjoy it. Can't really fault it.

My friend and I took our 7 year old boys here and they absolutely loved it. Every Sunday during the colder months we take them to soft play centres and have to say that this got top ratings from the boys, lovely and big inside with lots of space to run around and lots of different things to do, top marks!!! Friendly staff too. Only thing is that it's cash only but there's a free to use cash machine upon entrance😁

Kids had a lot of fun here. The food is reasonably priced, but the place is a bit cramped and the play area can be a bit of a war zone for the younger kids, but after all the play area has a recommended age of 5-12. Overall is a nice place to stay, but there is room for improvement.

Great indoors playground. £12 for a family of 4. Safe and big, there are plenty of activities to get the kiddies exercise and get their energy out (nap time assured, believe me) . Great staff too. Enjoy!

Great experience so far. Arrived to a friendly welcome. I'm visiting with my 3 year old and 5 months old. As it's during term time toddlers get free squash and toast before 12. I've ordered myself beans and cheese on toast and a latte and it was only £4. The soft play equipment is very clean and provides lots of variety and challenge for an active 3 year old and older kids too. There is a baby area for smaller children which is better than many I've seen.

Lovely day out except for if you are taking toddlers. You get a lot of big kids in the under 5 area which makes it hard, complaining to staff makes no difference because the parents themselves can’t manage their own kids. Can get quite messy and dirty because of the older kids, nicer to attend first thing when it opens and is still quiet. Because of the area you can find there’s a lot of riff raff there too but unfortunately there are not many soft play areas for toddlers in Birmingham

Pretty good place. It's a bit small for its size but it's not like there is much better place to go to nearby. It may be boring for older children. There is a built in cafe with healthy snacks but cakes & chocolate bars are eye level for children & may cause trouble. You can only eat food that is purchased there. Staff is slow at cleaning tables but it's not too much trouble. Toilets are unisex, not separate. Babychanging room is separate.

Great place for kids to play around. The place has slides, spiralling slides and other mini adventures for kids. I visited on Friday and it cost me £6 for my kid. You can spend up to couple of hours.

My nieces love coming here and spending a few hours running wild. It might look small initially but a lot of the play area is above the seating section and there's plenty to keep kids occupied. Adults can enter the play area to help little ones too. They have a 90 minute time limit during busy periods although I've never seen this enforced. It's generally quite clean and the staff are always polite. The cafe offers drinks, snacks and lunch options at reasonable prices. We usually bring our own water bottles/juice & crisps then buy lunch from the cafe - never had any issues with this although they probably wouldn't allow packed lunches/hot food from elsewhere. The only real negative is that they don't seem to accept card payments anymore however there's a cash machine inside that's free to use.

My son loves it here. Cleanest soft play I have taken him to. Two massive slides which are a hit with my son. Food is reasonably priced too. And it has a good toddler area. Only thing I dislike is that adults are charged £1 entrance fee!

We took our 13 month old son here and he had a wonderful time! I love that the under 3's area is a smaller soft play climbing structure complete with slide and ball pool, rather than simply some toys and a padded floor. It's not a huge area but our little boy absolutely loved it because he could walk/crawl around it himself. The main play area is quite big and has a great selection of things to play on. Up at the very top there is also a light up floor which our little guy adored too. They offer a creche facility and do parties too although we haven't used either service. Entry is very reasonable compared to other places and they have plenty of seating at their cafe area for parents. Being located opposite the Bull Ring is great as we could go and shop for a while, then play without having to travel any further. It also makes it easy to access by car and is not far from the bus stops and train stations either. All in all I'd highly recommend it!

Another good place for toddlets up to 12 y-o youngsters to enjoy themselves. Parents have ample seating. Tea / coffee & simple food are available during opening hours. Very friendly staff and kindred spirit Parents and grandparents alike during our visit today. Our 31 month old g/ child had a great time. Thanks Arminah ( visitor as well) for helping out on the high risk slides!! Will go there again.

Really lovely well coming staff' it is absolutely clean and tidy all the time. Whole staff is friendly and they take care of safety even during peak periods. Reasonable food and ticket prices. Great Halal food idea. My daughter loved it and wanted to stay after playing for 2 hrz. Alisha a very friendly and very polite person serverd us very professionally.

Not the biggest play area for what they charge (£4.50 for 3 year old). They advertise that their food contains all the known major allergens which is ridiculous as a peanut allergy sufferer myself. All the stuff they do sell is all sugary sweets and chocolate. Not a piece of fruit in site. Sayi g all that, the kids seem to really like it.

Lovely place to spend the day with the family. The staff is amazing especially the Manager she is a real jem. We had lovely adventures. My family from Portugal came on two different occasions and we had a lovely time. The weather was terrible we could not see the City of Birmingham but we still enjoyed with the kids. I took my daughter here few weeks ago she had a brilliant time , it was very quiet so i had no time limit she ended up staying for 2hours. I would highly recommed It. Great place for children I have another baby now will definitely take both my daughters now

I bought my nince here and she loves it its a great place to bring your kids she comes here every 2 weeks and there a cafe as well and you can just leave your kids to play while your in the cafe watching them have fun highly recommended nice staff as well

It’s a great place to take the kids out to staff are very friendly tables are cleaned regularly and once people leave they clean the tables I don’t understand why people are putting 1*s for when it’s not for the adults it’s for the kids the adults are suppose to keep there eye on the kids not the staff members but all in all it’s a great place if I could give more stars I would
