Myself and my partner went to the store today having a look around and was looking at a baby carrier. We was then approached by a lady (sorry I did not get her name but a member of staff asked her if she could go on break so I can only assume she was the manager) and I must say she was extremely helpful showing us how to fit / use the different styles of carriers. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She took her time and answered all of our questions and more. A real asset to the company! Thank you for your help It really is appreciated! Clean and tidy store and all the staff were friendly also.

Natalie at the Jojo shop in Westbourne was absolutely lovely during my VIP experience today. I couldn’t have been happier with her knowledge and sweet conversation throughout my time there. She had great suggestions and made sure I was comfortable. We shared some stories about pregnancy and life in general and made sure I was happy when I left the store at the end. Fantastic shopping experiance as a new mother and father to be. Small but lovely maternity range to go through and really helpful staff made our shopping fun. Plenty of offers and promotions on and we left with more than we could imagine.

Just lovely shop with great selection of superb items for little children. Kind and attentive staff. Top marks.

I love this shop and i visit everytime i go to Westbourne! Good quality and colourful clothes. Always something new to look at. A little bit expensive but worth it.
