This shop, the staff and the service is second to none!! Initially when I went in to look at a travel system I was blown away with the sales lady, the knowledge and down to earth manner she had was just amazing! After purchasing, at a great price, they price match! I had an issue with the car seat, they took it to be repaired and lent me a replacement at no additional cost. Recently, I had an issue with my pram and again they did the same thing. The cost of buying such an important item was a lot but I’m so glad I got it from here as I know that I would not of had this service from anywhere else. No arranging postage or arguing! They were there for all my questions and so helpful! I fully recommend this store to anyone and I do! Thanks so much to the team.

These people really know their baby equipment! I was recommended this shop while pregnant and trying to make sense of the range of Prams etc available. In the following years they’ve helped me with car seats and strollers as my little one has grown. They have been so helpful, kind and knowledgeable every time I’ve been in the shop or contacted them. In particular, knowing that I have the correct car seat for my car and how to fit it properly is such a weight off my mind. I’m so grateful to have an independent shop like this to go to.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the shop has a great range of prams for all budgets. Abby really helped us get to grips with the different brands and styles and helped us find the perfect pram in our price range. You say you offer a 5 Star Service - and you do. From the initial telephone contact with you, to the face to face service in store. We came in with a pre-empted idea of what Car Seat we wanted. After learning about the seat, the subsequent fitting did not work out, the seat would not fit in the car adequately. The lady who looked after us was able to advise us of an alternative seat and had all the necessary information to find us a suitable item. Well done, and thanks for your friendly, and helpful service. I would not have any problems in recommending Baby & Co in the future.

If you're expecting a baby and are looking for your first pushchair, this is definitely the place to go! I live in Devon and am so glad I drove over an hour to visit the store. They have such a fantastic range of prams and car seats. Everyone in the store is incredibly knowledgeable of each product they stock, and are more than happy to give demonstrations, answer questions and allow you to sample folding/unfolding prams etc. I am so happy with my pram and car seat. Considering all the delays caused by the virus, the team were easy to contact and provide updates on my order. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends/family.

My daughter bought a pram/pushchair here. They were most helpful with a pre sales demo. Very friendly staff. They let me try out the combination to see if it would fit in the boot of my car. Some parking outside but lots nearby. Make sure you support a great local shop.

I booked an appointment to look at pushchairs, Abi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great range of pushchairs on display so it was great to be able to try them all. I ordered one to be delivered to home, it arrived 24 hours later. This kind of service is so valuable as I nearly spent a lot of money on the wrong pushchair as I thought the only option was to but on line. Abi also gave me great advice on car seats, again it was great to see and compare. Worth a visit

I cannot recommend using baby and co more. When it came to buying a travel system I was getting quite stressed about what I needed and how it all worked. The staff were so kind and welcoming, they were happy to show me their products and let me experience how they worked, I received full demonstrations and there was a wide range of prices to choose from dependant on your spec and needs. After purchasing my travel system the follow up support via emails and phone calls has been next to none and despite COVID restrictions they have continued to provide an amazing service ensuring that purchased items are still available and able to be collected. A special thanks to Abby who has been just wonderful and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure as opposed to the daunting venture I first experienced.

Brilliant company and what a goldmine of a shop! Such a personal and friendly service - they had a huge range to look at and really really knowledgeable and welcoming staff. We felt reassured and looked after and pretty much wanted to buy on the spot - but managed not to impulse buy;-) We did however use all of the amazing info they gave us to make a considered choice a bit later and have since placed an order. I would definitely recommend and will go back for future (if there are any) orders! :-)

I bought a travel system here in June 2019; very knowledgeable, honest and very good pricing. Post- birth, the isofix base indicator stopped working at the end of September. I went back and within 10 minutes the lovely chap had changed it with a new one and checked it thoroughly before installing it in my car. Highly highly recommend.

DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY :-) Very pleased -family owned, professional and friendly - highly recommend :-) know what they are talking about and are experts!! We needed to get a new next size up car seat. Yes, Baby & Co do lot’s of other lovely baby stuff, from pushchairs to Baby monitors, yet are indeed experts in car seats, including rear-facing ones. I was given very clear advice; including clarifying the fitting of the chair I already had to make it safer to use. Staff, on the phone and in the store, were highly experienced and knowledgeable. They had all the information I needed to make a clear decision of what to get for our car and knew all the ins and outs. Their many years of experience was very obvious. I was told the item was in stock, and it was! Help with expertly given to fit and training on how to use.

Fantastic shop - Hayley spent lots of time going through different pushchair/travel systems to help us find what we wanted but we felt under no pressure whatsoever which was great. They stored our pushchair for us until close to baby's arrival and then were very communicative and helpful during the lockdown - couriering it to us on an agreed date. After no luck with trying to buy a carseat at mothercare, I was recommended to go here by a friend and I am so glad I did! Hayley was amazing from start to finish. No pushy sales techniques, and had so much knowledge! She listened to what I wanted from a car seat, let me know my options and popped my daughter in the demo seats to see how she fitted in them (shes on the tall side). Once we'd narrowed it down to three choices we tried them in my car, to check how much space they took up in the back, how far forward the front seat would have to be, what the recline was like on them etc... Nothing was too much trouble! I went home to think about my options and then called up later that day to place my order (which they'd already priced match whilst I was in store without me even asking!) I popped back in a few days and they fitted the car seat for me and made sure the head rest height etc was all ok for my daughter. 100% recommend this place and Hayley! They really knew their stuff & customer service was flawless.
