Absolutely fantastic experience buying our first ever pram today. Suzie was excellent, she took the time to take us through a few options based on our requirements (able to handle rough terrain), and found us the perfect travel system. The one she recommended was also #1 on the Which? Best buy guide for prams so super safe and sturdy. We had a lovely day out with no stress and were just thrilled. Thanks again, can't wait to pick the pram up a few weeks before baby arrives!

We bought a silver cross coast pram back in late Dec 2019. Last week a bit of it wasn’t working correctly called Jan’s as it was still under warranty. Long story short one phone call and an email later I was told to bring the pram across and they would send it off to be fixed. Dealt with the technician John who checked to see if he could fixed it before being sent off which he decided it would be best to send off and he gave me a replacement stroller to use in the mean time. I got a call today to say my pram was fixed. I went across to pick up my pram up not really wanting to part with my replacement stroller as it was so light and compact. Spoke to Claire and ended up leaving with my pram and the clic silver cross stroller. I got the stroller home I couldn’t set it up (my fault) nipped back over and John and Claire sorted me out and fixed the problem in 5 mins. Always had excellent service, nothing is ever a problem. Anyone I know that’s having a baby I always recommend Jan Stewart’s x

I came here on Sunday 10th and was met by a lovely staff member Stacy. After having a look round myself I decided to have a closer look at one specific brand. Stacy was there to help, going through all the special features and demonstrating how to use them. I couldn't decide between two of the same brand she was was great in explaining the benefits of each, especially when I kept going back and forth between two different models. Her friendly and helpful attitude made it a great experience, and nothing was too much trouble. She even let me see the store copy of the brochure to take pictures as there were no customer copies left. She is an absolute credit to your store 👏🏻 Thank you! 😊

I visited this store for the first time upon discovering Silver Cross had discontinued their white and navy Balmoral pram. I sent messages to several pram stores and Jan Stewart replied asking me to call as she'd be happy to help. She explained the pram had been discontinued but that she had this very one in store. To say I was elated is an understatement. Jan and her staff were absolutely amazing!! They wrapped up the pram, helped my husband lift it on to the back of his pick up where he was able to secure it for the journey home. The customer service was excellent and they were all genuinely delighted that they were able to help us with this purchase. I have longed to own for this pram for more than 20yrs and now I have it just in time for the arrival of our first grandchild. Thank you so much again Jan to you and your team for making this soon to be nana very happy ❤ xx

Went to look at prams with my daughter & partner & the service was fab. Jan was very welcoming & left us to look until my daughter seen one she liked so she got Taylor to show us it. She was so helpful at demonstrating how it all worked & even went in back to get extra to show us full system. We only went in to look as she is still early on but she fell in love with it so i just paid deposit for her so that's something ticked off our list. Taylor is a lovely girl with great customer service & can't fault the store after being totally ignored & chasing people about for help in the pram centre we just left. We will be back to Jan later on to get our nursery furniture. Very happy customer thank you

We ordered our pram set from Jan Stewart earlier this year and found there was a great selection and the staff in store were very helpful. Price was very competitive also. Our baby came almost four weeks earlier than planned and having called the store they had everything ready to go for us the following day, offered to demonstrate the products and install the ISOFIX base. I hope my wife accepts three kids are enough but if I were to require another pram this is the first place we'd go. Thanks again.

I went to Jan Stewart 3 times before I finally picked the pram I wanted. The sale assistant was absolutely amazing and took her time showing us all the features of prams and explained packages and prices. I never once felt pressure to buy anything and felt all the staff wanted to do was help you find the pram that right for you regardless if you were buying it from the shop or not. I fully enjoyed all experiences at the shop. As I visited the shop 3 times during covid I can honestly say I never once felt unsafe. You were only allowed in shop by appointment and were given hand sanitizer and tempeture check before entering. Really wish I could do it all agian. Such an amazing and exciting environment to be in, would definitely recommend. Cannot wait to get out and about with baby. Thank you to all the amazing staff, you are all out standing!!

As first time parents, looking for our pram was a daunting experience. Walking into Jan Stewart was no different, however with the happy and friendly atmosphere, and the expertise of the staff the experience was no longer daunting. The staff member asked us 3 questions about what we were looking for and within 45 minutes we had chosen the travel system that was right for us. I honestly couldn't fault the service. Picking up our travel system today was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Jan Stewart!!

Excellent service from start to finish. Let down by the pram centre Glasgow who failed to deliver our travel system despite being ordered six and a half months ago, Jan Stewart Pram and Nursery ordered the same travel system, at very short notice, on the Thursday and called the following Monday when it arrived. Couldn't be happier with the pram and the service, the staff were very friendly and professional and the showroom was superb. We were given a full demonstration of the features and they also fitted the iso-fix and car seat. Would thoroughly recommend. Excellent service, brilliant staff. :)

Ordered our pram, car seat and family fix isofix base from here months ago. Service was superb, staff could not have been any nicer. 2 days from baby being due the pram centre let us down on nursery furniture that we had ordered 5 months prior. Jan Stewart helped us out with alternative furniture and also gave us a 50% discount on the cot mattress because what had happened. Would highly recommend to any parents!!!

After being bitterly disappointed and let down by an online website ordering my pram 6 weeks ago, I cancelled my order petrified it wouldn’t arrive in time for my due date as I was being messed about. I went to the shop on Monday and ordered my pram. I was attended to by a lovely woman who put my nerves at ease ensuring the pram would be ordered express and I would have it within about a week. I am blown away with the prompt, professional and lovely service I received from everyone I have dealt with. So pleased to finally have my travel system which came today. Cant thank the team enough!

Highly recommend. After picking my beautiful pram with the help of a good team I couldn't have been happier.. Recently had a problem with the wheel and they got it sent away and fixed immediately. I recently had to bring my pram back to Jan Stewart as the front wheel had broken I was a bit worried as it was past the 6 months guarantee from the store however as soon as I walked in Jan herself made me feel at ease. She reassured me that if her technian couldnt fix it she would send it back to the company to be fixed and in the mean time she would provide me with another pram from her store while I waited. I was very touched by her kindness and generousity. Her technian John was very professional managed to fix it there and then in the store and we were provided with coffee as we waited. As I was looking for a new car seat one of the girls Taylor took me through to have a look at their range, she was very knowledgeable of each one and gave me demonstrations. I felt very confident buying one and ofcourse John fitted it into the car for me. I went into that store worried that I was going to be left with no pram and walked out feeling cherished and well cared for. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for their new pram or furniture the girls are fab.

Amazing service from Jan Stewart. My mum and I went on Saturday to look for prams this is my first baby so had no clue what I was looking for. Claire approached us in the store and helped us with everything, she made the experience enjoyable and had loads of patience with me, she demonstrated how the prams all worked. Amazing service from buying my pram right through to the after care. My pram has been sent back to Venicci a few times due to minor flaws and Jan Stewart couldn't have been any more helpful. Was Severely let down by another shop for my daughters twin pram, ordered 3 months previous then let down at the last minute, called Jan Stewart and she couldn't have been more helpful, as the twins had arrived,and yes no pram. Jan and her staff moved heaven and earth, went to see the City Mini GT on Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday, they even built the pram for me lol. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!! Writing a review is something I should do more often. John and Jay at JS certainly know their stuff!! They made the child car seat buying process an absolute pleasure. They took the time to understand our specific needs and then checked everything out in my wife’s car to make sure it suited (even in the pouring rain)! Highly recommend a visit to JS especially if you are a new parent as it can be a mine field out there!!!

I contacted Jan regarding the chassis on my venicci pram as it was becoming difficult to fold at one side due to a catch, I took it to the shop so she could assess the issue and she sent it away to venicci straight away and gave me a replacement chassis in the meantime which was a godsend! When my chassis was ready for collection she called straight away to exchange in the store and have my own chassis back :)! Couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Thank you to Jan and the team x
