T. L.We have just purchased our Oyster 3 pram from Hopscotch today. We first visited a couple of weeks ago totally clueless with what we wanted and the differences as it’s for our first baby. We came away with our favourite in mind but thought we better also visit John Lewis/Mamas and Papas and Smyths just to be sure we had chosen the right pram for us. The service we received elsewhere was really poor, sales assistants unable to demonstrate the prams or know the ins and outs of each model. So today we returned to Hopscotch, received excellent, friendly and professional service and really happy with our final choice and that we could support a local store rather than a chain. Highly recommend! Thank you!
R. P.Loved coming here. As a first time parent, choosing prams & cots etc. is a daunting task. The store has plenty of variety and different styles to look at and test. At the beginning, it was still overwhelming but the customer service was excellent. We could ask all our questions without feeling judged that we didn't know.
A. y.Brilliant customer service, spent about an hour here trying various car seats, had bought our first seat from here and received stellar service and second time around just the same. Nothing was to much to ask of them and found solution to our problematic sloped car seats. Would highly recommend.
